On Thursday 7/21/2022, I entered the Store, tried to purchase Birthday Balloons. An associate informed me, they don't have Birthday Balloons. At the cashier I asked If I can purchase some Balloons they had on Display.., The cashier asked his Manager Brooke if he can sell them tome. She stated NO, I than asked, how come Oak Creek sells them and they don't. Brook Screamed at me Very angry and Lowd.. " Because we are out of Helium"!!! I just asked her, why did she raise her voice on me? she stated, Because, her associate told me already they are out of Helium .... (Apparently I had not heard that part, My bad...), But it absolutely doesn't justify the Unprofessionalism, and the rudeness of the Store Manager. Hope someone will do something about this. I don't want to return to that store again!!!! Thank you MC

The person in the store running the store is very crabby very bad mood talks about customers behind their back and was not a pleasant person to deal with at all it was my worst experience ever and I would not recommend anybody going there with this person running the store she was terrible

I don't have the problem with store.But, the person work over there treated me differently than others people it feel discriminate. It is not my first time at the same dollar tree, it happened to me fourth time. Worst customer service experience ever in my life. I don't wanna mention person name. But, they should treat everyone equally.

Melissa is a sweetheart and they're lucky to have her. She's willing to help no matter what situation or how busy...plus when most should be frustrated, she appears to handle it like a boss and stay positive and helpful. Not sure if this is the manager lady as well but if not, whoever she is (small build, 5'4"ish, also extremely up beat and helpful. Again, witnessed training new inept employee while handling supply load and being overran with customers, while credit cards were down and coin shortage in affect). This store is very lucky to have the ladies who run the store. They're underpaid and amazing still!

This business doesn't enforce Mask use to shop, stopped in for bells. Out walks a young woman, I held door open, big smile on her face. All I could think tosay, What, no mask lady? Smile ended. Cashier very nice and efficient. Said, manager told them they can't say anything to people not wearing masks. Bad management!

Changed the product I usually bought. I get it, it's the dollar tree, it has to make sense for them to continue to supply it. They still have the product, just not packaged the same and at the same count. Keep doing what you can. Dollar tree is still a good deal for many products.

We love dollar tree, it's always a mystery what treasure/trinket you'll find not to mention the necessities. This store is busy so it's not always fully stocked but you won't find a greater group of associates.

Had an odd experience Sunday. Went to aldi for food and figured I would go to dollar tree for snacks. I am in line and the customer and worker are having a pleasant conversation. This guy then comes out of the office (in normal clothes) and stands next to the lady cashier. They then proceeded to make fun of the customer after she left and while they are ringing me up. It was so awkward I just looked down the whole time. He then walked behind me, picked up the phone and put it down. The cashier told him not to ring the manager, since she would be mad. The manager comes up ask what he needs and he said nothing. Soo now there's 3 workers staring at me as i am paying. So strange and unprofessional. Especially since there is the virus I don't need 3 workers stranding right next to me as I am paying.

Very disappointed. Called a week in advance to have 25 balloons filled and 2 extra that we bought on line . Manager said no problem. Get to the store and some worker said can't fill the 2 extra at any cost. I asked her to call the manager and she refused. Had this all planned out for a 15 year old birthday party. Now had to scramble to go to a competitor that was more then happy to help . Will not go back . Sure wish they would've told me this when I planned it so I didn't have to run around and waste my time. THANX FOR NOTHING!
