I just multiple items in the store and bought some produce. I opened the watermelon at home and I almost threw up. It's supposed to be red inside and it was just yellow and disgusting. I brought it back in the store and I was told the front desk was closed and it can only do an exchange. I showed them the watermelon and they were grossed out I told them why would I want an exchange and I had the receipt They were very rude and condescending towards me and told me the registers were closed and can only do an exchange. I told them I would be happy with store credit but they rudely interrupted me and told me only an exchange. I told them they can keep it and left the watermelon and receipt and left. She told me good bye in a disgusting manner. Please stay away from this location.

Stopped in the floral department for a bouquet. Didn't find anything I liked, however Becca helped me make a custom bouquet. She was very helpful and friendly.

Easily the most disgusting grocery in Waukesha County. Only reason to come here is because it's nearby. Unbelievably gross meat department. Have you no shame, Kroger?

It's an OK store. No worse than others. Keep moving stuff around though. And now they close earlier. Total a-holes at closing time. Never offered to help, just yelled "Two minutes!" at me. Can't find anyone to help find something, but they all show up at 10:00, and literally follow you around letting you know it's closing time.

I used the Pick N Save app to order a few items for delivery. The personal shopper rang up another order with mine and charged it all to MY debit card. I immediately contacted Pick N Save, who blamed it on Instacart. I called Instacart who said it's Pick N Save that needs to refund me. PNS only gave me back $14 instead of $39. No one seems to be able to help. I don't understand why the store manager won't make this right. This is a big company... Just send me a $50 gift card to make up for all this time and money wasted and we'll call it even. I'm so frustrated that I'm still trying to get MY MONEY back after 2 months.

This place severely mistreats their employees. I’ve talked with a few and noticed their disdain for working there and how bothersome it can be. Cashiers rarely ever have a bagger and seem to be overwhelmed most of the time due to this, this place is understaffed and I understand why now.

This pick n save is always clean and everyone friendly. The salad I made at the salad bar was all good quality and tasty! The customer service woman,Amy, was delightful. 😀 Hopefully the lottery ticket I purchased will have good luck from her! 🤞☘

Store is nice since the Kroger buyout and offers a lot more services. Prices in general are okay with the the sale items being pretty good. They offer fuel rewards for BP with a loyalty card which is also required to get the sale price on items.

The employees are generally super friendly here which usually speaks to good management. Prices are average or slightly worse on most items. Produce section is decent, but the fresh meats are poor quality (especially the beef.) You can find a decent cut of meat, sometimes, but you really have to look at what you're getting. Mid-sized store makes shopping trips relatively quick.
