Walked in and the woman said my haircut was going to be $15 because i only wanted sides and back buzzed. Took about 10 minutes. Got to the chair and half way in the other woman said no its $24. I feel like thats way over priced for me not really having alot of hair and taking no time to cut. Never in my life have i paid over $15 for a haircut. That was my first time so they gave me the mvp package with a neck and head massage. That would have been $29 and i dont feel like she spent time to do the massage for what they charge. Wont be going back. They lady Jessica who did my hair was very nice and carried on conversations. I know supplys have went up but that’s ridiculous to me.

I called to make appointment the girl said they didn’t take appointment’s they only do walkin’s so I drove 30 minutes to get there no one else was waiting I put my name down sat down and waited two more came in after me after about another 10 minutes the girl called the guy the came in lady when I asked why she ran him ahead of my she said he was on the on the board first I said how I called y’all told me you only take walkin’s she said they do online check in’s she did not mention this on the phone so I waited 20 minutes for nothing I will not be going back if this is not made right company’s should not do people this way very bad business practices I have used them in the past but probably want use again

I’ve used this place many times. But I guess they have new stylists. Went in at 20 til 7. No one waiting. But was told they were done for the day. If you aren’t going to take clients til 7. Then change your hours. I drove from Springville to get a MVP. And being told you all are done at 20 til close. That’s CRaZY! So I’d recommend finding a different location. I sure am!!!

Christina is great. Hooks it up well with the haircut & the MVP. Haircut was right enough to remember some1's name for the 1st time ever. I usually just always went back for 1st available on a MVP with a fade, but she did such a great job I remembered her name for my next time

Guys, girls, ladies and gentleman. I spoke about a high and tight in my last review of this establishment. It was immaculate. I felt like I found myself back on a god forsaken navy base where I was in the required line to get my weekly haircut, yut. Today I found myself in the same hands again, Christina. She’s what you wish cut your hair at the PX. My high and tight could land an carrier, but is as smooth as silk. Keep doing phenomenal, great hire guys.

Love getting my haircuts here. I always get the MVP. They also keep a record of what style you want on file. The wait time if you are a walk-in can be hit or miss, 1 minute to 1&1/2 hours. It's best to get your place on the list by going online. Also, Tina does a great job, she's friendly, and knowledgeable.
