While the store was quite busy when we walked in the the salesman came over to us right away and asked what my wife wanted. He brought back the shoes that she requested at he requested and he couldn't have been nicer he kept asking is it OK and does it feel fine. We have shopped at this Clark's store before but this salesman or store manager certainly went above and beyond.

My 9-year-old son's favorite shoes are from Clarks and he wears them every day. After wearing them for ages, he accidentally pulled off one of the tie holders. He was devastated because we were going on a trip and he didn't want to go with broken shoes. Of course, the shoes had been discounted at this point. Well, the team at Clarks Willowbrook Mall sprung into action! Josh and Amanda tracked down the shoes and got a new pair on my son't feet. I am incredibly grateful for their attentive customer service! They really went out of their way to help us. Josh and Amanda--you guys are the best!

Clarks continue to be the best brand and quality for the money, in my opinion. In addition, this particular store's great service (my salesperson was Stephanie) have earned 5 starts from me. I'm very satisfied with my recent purchase.

The store manager Anna is not helpful and very rude. She does not know how to take care customer. Very sad for a great brand with poor customer relation.

12/2014: This store was great. The staff was very helpful, knowledge, and polite. I walked away with a satisfying purchase. 7/2014: Although they didn't have the pair of shoes that I was looking for, I ended up making an online purchase in-store and it was very smooth. Once again, very helpful staff and the shoes were delivered earlier than expected, coming from across the country as well.
