Pizza good, manager not friendly Web site said open 10, didnt open until 10:30

The staff is nice and friendly, unfortunately there aren't enough of them. Every time I call, they say delivery will be 1 or 2 hours due to short staffing. Strangely pizza hut can deliver in 30 and seems to have staff. It takes 10 minutes for them to answer the phone because they r swamped. And I can't use the app because it says I am outside delivery area although I'm 7 miles away. If u use drive thru, pizza is good, but 2 stars on management for always, literally always being short staffed while competitors are not.

I placed an online order last week and was given a coupon code to use the next week, for 50% off the pizza portions of the order, also to be placed online. I just tried to use it, got the message it was time sensitive and couldn't be added. I called the store to get help and was talked over by Josh, the manager on duty as I tried to explain the problem (I started the phone call by telling him I had a problem), and then was told they aren't doing 50% off. I told him I had an email I received this morning reminding me to use the code- which had to be used online at the same store as the previous order - since it expires on the 11th. (It's the 8th now.) Josh refused to honor the coupon, despite my having clear proof that I had received it and was trying to use it within the time frame given. I asked to speak with the manager and was told he was the on-duty manager. I asked for the name of *his* manager, and rather than give it to me, he told me his manager wasn't in the store. I asked when he would be in and was given a time tomorrow. I asked again for the name and was told again the manager wasn't in the store. I had to tell Josh that I didn't ask if the person was in the store, that I'd asked for the name. I finally got Allen's name and will talk to him tomorrow. I hope they will make this right. Because the order was for a party, I had to go ahead and order it. If Allen won't make this right, I'll be talking to corporate. If the local store isn't going to honor corporate's coupons, the public needs to know so we can all get pizzas somewhere else. For the record, we order from them at least twice a month and always buy at least 3 large pizzas and a dessert. We're good customers and I'd hate to have to start using another location or another company.

Well I went last night ordered pizza over a $40 order and was told to just cal today to get store credit for my next order but how am I supposed to order pizza if I have waited over a hours for them to answer n still nothing

Online ordering would NOT let me select 'Pay at Store'' payment option. Went ahead and purchased on credit card in order to process the order. Also, store not honoring the EveryDay discount of $7.99 large pizza for carryout only. The policy forces online ordering - which is not working properly.

Order the pizza went to pick it up and they told me it was gonna be 40 more minutes after it already been ordered for 15 minutes. Just lost my busines.

This Domino’s location at the Shell Gas Station in Hampton Cove is one of the better Domino’s pizza stores in the area. They were pretty quick on my 3 large pizza order and the staff were friendly. Everything was cooked well and accurately so I will definitely be back here again in the future.

I can finally write this now that I'm moving away. For the past year the only thing this dominos has gotten right was the address. They constantly forget items you add on like ranch or drinks etc. Today I tried to do take out and called from thw parking lot to watch them look at the phone, look at me, then go back to whatever they were doing. I also get pizza extra done because my kid has texture issues. Today it was like half cooked. So now I'm having to put it in the oven for another who knows how long. Plus I swear their pepperoni just tastes off. If the owner sees this look at this date and see who was working b/c I don't know how bad you're paying them, but it's too much. PICTURED what constitutes a "well done pizza". Just save money and time and go drive and get Little Ceasars yourself. Cheaper and tastes better even if this dominos didn't mess SOMETHING up every single time.

This store is painfully slow! I ordered in the app and it noted my pizza was being prepared almost immediately after the order was placed. We’ll, that wasn’t true!!! When I saw that in the app I headed to the store, how long can it take to prepare and bake a pizza? It’s been 35 minutes since I placed my order and it is still being prepared. Either the crew is insanely slow or the app fails to account for the cue of orders awaiting prep. I won’t be ordering from this store again! After I posted the review I went in the store to see what was going on. I found one poor guy! If they can only hire one person, the store owner needs to be here to help! I feel bad for this guy being stuck alone in the store. He has to answer the phone AND make the pizzas!!! Ridiculous! At this point it’s been 50 minutes since I placed my order and it’s just now in the oven!

The absolute best Domino's I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. They have the drive thru so just use your app, place your order, pay online OR at the window and dinner is just as easy as that! 4-14/2021 Trying to just get a proper pizza order and we can't seem to get one lately. This is the second time they've forgotten a topping on our pizza and we're on the phone with them right now being made to feel like we're lying about the product we received. We had gotten halfway through our meal when I realized it was missing the topping. It was suppose to be chicken, bacon, and cheddar cheese on a ranch sauced crust. There was no chicken. Here's a picture of what's left because I simply expected my order to be made correctly. Also notice how one slice is cut the size of a quarter of the pizza and the rest of tiny. This is happening a lot more lately on top of air bubbles and super thin, dry crust. 7-3/2021 Just placed an order with this location again. Here's to hoping they've gotten it together a little bit better since April.
