Great local Business and local owners. Nick and Fred are two of the most nicest people in and out of their store. They will go beyond expectations to make sure your taken care of and happy. Not to mention their prices are better or atleast compatible to Parts House Chains. One of the Few local business still around. They also do minor mechanics repair. I highly recommend Bi-Rite auto parts.

By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. It started out nice and good when THEY ordered a part for my car, which was the wrong part, but it ended very unprofessional and rudely. I try to pride myself on treating and talking to people the way they treat and talk to me. So at the end of the day all actions are reciprocated with reactions. I will NEVER spend my money with these people again nor will I recommend them to anyone no matter how long I’ve been shopping with them.

They have the best prices of any auto parts store in the area. Really down to earth folks to deal with. They are very friendly and helpful. They even gave us a discount for waiting for an overnight delivery of the part we needed because they didn't have it in stock. Great folks.
