Tried to Western Union money to my younger female cousin. Lady rings me up and then says I cant pay for Western Union with credit card. Say. What. No anyway, I said very well wheres an ATM, she points to it and I ty and go to it. She runs after me aand she saying I cant get cash out the ATM.!!!!! I had never taken cash off this card so had to set pin and the woman is trying to get a coworker over to tell me that I cant get cash. Then asked customers, so I showed her my open account app, where it states %interest on cash, no thats wrong she exclaims as I withdraw cash. I am hating I got to do this western union I want away from this woman. I am not scared but I am hyper alert and controlled breathing. TG can u believe shift change!!!! My God is Great and He is King. So, new girls getting in the work station and I am ready to get my cousin this cash, new lady rings me up and the nightmare returns, and leans up on tip toes whispers in new girls ear, walks off and big girl says the Western Union wont work. No reason, no thought of doing anything exept stand there and lie. I asked is there another way to send $ , yes, lets do it and damnit that one has mysteriously wont work for me personally. My 80 yo dads shoppin so I am waiting and watching people do all kinds of financial deals. I even tried to get the manager to try to send from the other register and she simply would not. I laugh cause I have no idea why's they doin all this. I am not from here but I bring Pop and have for years. Never had a word or a look with anyone round there. It was personal toward me but why? Mistaken identity? My cousin,meanwhile, thinks Im making this up. cause its so stupid.Have you ever heard, " Wal Mart absolutely could not send $ in any way," Shes crying vause she thinks Im lieing and worse I was saying ridiculous lies like she wasnt worth me coming up with good. I promised her only the best lies are hers.

Sorry excuse for fabric center. Material priced wrong, will not give me the money back. Setting here waiting for another manager. Material was 3.46 but I was charged 12.98. was told I couldn't return fabric same day even though it just been 25 min. since I bought it

Love this store, but it still has some serious supply chain issues. Canned cat food, and Caffeine Free Diet Sun Drop are nowhere to be found.

Did an online order, picked it up at my specified time, no waiting. Girl got us loaded up and on the way in about 5 mins. Pretty convenient.

I went to get a prescription filled, and was shocked to learn that they no longer accepted Tricare for Life. This is an insurance for retired military soldiers and their dependants. It covers the cost of all prescriptions drugs not covered by Medicare.That is about 99% of all prescriptions. I was told that as of 1/1/22 this policy covered all Walmart stores. It feels to me like Walmart no longer wants the pharmacy patronage of older military dependants. It's just one more blow to the elderly. But then, who cares. They're all going to be dead soon anyway.

Overall with this particular Walmart much more satisfied than the others in the area. This location had more stock and better service and cleaner than others in the area. Staff a whole lot more willing to help find items much more friendly.

Today was very meh.. Friday I did a grocery delivery to the house, the hours between 1-2pm. We got it delivered in the correct times, but 5 items were not delivered that we paid for. I called Friday & they said they would put it in & have it delivered Saturday between 10-11am because I couldn't do Friday anymore on count of work. I work night shift, I woke up at 10am & stayed awake until 12pm & no one showed up... I called the store around 3pm to let them know what happened & that I will be coming to.the store to retrieve the items. Upon arrival to the customer service they had no idea what I was talking about & no recollection of me at all... very poor. We waited 20 mins just for two associates who were nice to just tell me they would repick the items since they couldn't find it. I walked with them so I could pick it myself. I understand they are short staffed but come on. I shouldn't have went thru that.

Actually found a helpful person today and without attitude. Check out was awful as usual. Not enough registers open, long lines and grumpy checkers. I typically do not shop at Walmart because of this but had no choice today.

Thank you Wal-Mart, for updating your layout to give us room to maneuver our carts thru isles much more easily! BTW, one of my FAVORITE displays is of Uno Mas Margarita's!!!!! The colors got my attention, the taste sold me.
