Don't waste your time making an online order and expect them to try to help you figure out why it hasn't been delivered because John won't take the time to do that all he'll say is I don't know I don't see your order are you sure you ordered it..lf I place an online order and prepay for it I would like a little more service helping me figure out where my order is.

Great trip. On my way to work when alternator went out on my truck, took it off & went to Oriley's and they don't got one in store😔. But the very helpful young woman got me a brand new one in a couple of hours. Best part is thanks to the lifetime warranty the new one didn't cost one cent. Thanks for all the help and I'll definitely be back again.

Had good experience at this store. The assistant manager's name is sabrina she is awesome she went above and beyond to make sure we left there satisfied she is very nice she seemed to know a good bit about automobiles. That is where we will go for all of our parts from now on.
