Made an appointment for a pedicure. Arrived early was not greeted by a friendly face. Was told to go over there by a women waving her hand towards the pedicure chairs. I walked over was then directed to have a seat by a young man. Sat down pedicure tib water was turned o and cold water was there for my foot soak. I asked for hot water and I guess that was not acceptable because they were not happy to turn it back on. Once the water was warmed up I soaked. Once the older lady came to do my pedicure is when the jets were turned on. I am pleas with my pedicure but not pleased with the experience.

Upon entry already gave us the vibe that they didn’t want to work sat down and started looking for colors. My daughter was looking at the color book and they took it from her and told her not to play with it when she was going to get hers done too she wanted to see what colors they had. Honestly just got up and left very rude and unprofessional do not go here. Lost money their issue.

Amazing pedicure!!!! I got the Organic Deluxe Pedicure and I feel so spoiled! She knew exactly what I needed!!! I will be back every time I come to visit family.

This has to be the absolute worst place for a pedicure that I have ever been to. It started out when we walked in and I obviously interrupted the girls nap. From that point on I seem like nothing but an inconvenience to her. She was very rude and snappy when I told her the water was freezing. She was very rough when trimming and filing my toe nails. She cut all my nails so crooked, they look terrible. When it came time to put the hot towel on it was so hot it burned my legs. This had to be hands down the fastest pedicure I've ever had. We were in and out of there in less than 25 minutes. Less than 24 hours later all the polish is peeling off of my toes. I initially read the reviews and dismissed them and thought I would give them a shot. I will never do that again. If you're going to spend your time and money for a relaxing pedicure, I would definitely not do it here.

My wife has gone here a few times, each time she goes the price changes for the exact service as the last and this time comes home with her nails looking like this and of course charges her the most she's been charged since going. They are absolutely horrible at customer service and obviously at their trade. What joke of a business and untrained staff.

I enjoyed the Mani Pedi experience here. I was visiting from out of town and walked in for a mani Pedi. There was a 10 minute wait but I was able to sit in the Pedi massage chair. The nail technician was friendly, nice, and talented.

I think all of the one star reviews speak for the quality of this business. I have used this nail salon more than once due to the convenience of the location, however I won’t be back again. The nail tech was extremely rude, and I was treated like a burden when asking a question because he could not understand English. Service: Dip powder

I don't know who this guy is but he is so awesome. My pedicure was everything matter fact the best I've had in dothan. He didn't just rub lotion on my legs he massaged and gave me just what i needed from working all week long. Thank you so much i now how a new pedicure person
