My fiancé and I just bought my bridal set here and just had the BEST experience, I wish I had asked the lady’s name, she had purplish hair, after a catastrophe with an online shop she found us a ring and band that looks like an enhanced version of what we had tried to order from barkevs that I love so much more! found a push spacer so I could wear both until I get it resized (short term elopement plans) and it’s absolutely perfect!! Thank you for putting together this unique set for me!!

DO NOT RECOMMEND!! AT ALL!! Went to buy a promise ring for my girlfriend. While there, we had a very good customer service experience...then it went 100% south!! We were PROMISED it would come in, get sized, and returned before February 14th so it would be for Valentine's day. We called SEVERAL TIMES and each call was answered only after multiple calls and EXTREMELY RUDE people!! We were told that the ETA on the return would be March 1st NOT February 14th as was promised! The ring came in yesterday and I am writing this bad experience review today! When you make a promise to a customer, you fulfill that promise. You expedite orders, you use 2nd day and overnight delivery because it is your customers that you serve and positive service gets return business. YOU WILL NOT BE GETTING ANYMORE OF MY BUSINESS NOR ANY BUSINESS FROM ANYONE I KNOW!! You have come up short too many times from some of these reviews that I've seen! Rethink your business model, your policies and procedures and possibly your staff!!

I had ordered a ring for my wife on Feb 5th, had it purchased and sent off to be resized. I was assured it would be there Friday the 12th. I went there when the opened and was told it was in transit and would most likely be on their 2 pm truck. It wasn't on there and won't be there til Monday! Missing valentine's day, this is the last time I get something here.

The Staff is so professional my husband and I are longtime customers we have always enjoyed making purchases at Kay jewelers! We have spent plenty but I walked in with mostly all my jewelry to get it cleaned and inspected after receiving an email that says to get it in to inspected and I didn’t see the part in the email saying appointments only but I saw ALL the signs when I walked in the store that read appointments only and of course I still tried my luck bc I’m a longtime customer and I also was picking up my new wedding ring #3 carats # 15 years #upgrade #HeDidThat!!! lol they kept it strictly professional due to Covid-19 appointments ONLY and guess what I respect the staff for that with so many covid deaths all over the world ! Thank u for following the rules and having your customer do the same ! What y’all selling us NEXT bc we buying it !

First review!!!👉Got my wife a beautiful 1 carat solitaire and 1/2 carat band to match alongside a 1/4 carat bracelet to top it off cause shes the best wife ever!!👈WAS A 5 STAR ⭐️ Second review!!! Horrible customer service we went in at 6 pm with 3 hours to close and not a person was in the store and asked for our thousands of dollars of Jewlery we bought from this location to be inspected per Kay’s warranty rules and cleaned for Insurance purposes ✅ There was 3 workers sitting down and said it’s by appointment only And nothing open today and there was not a single customer in the store 🏬 period BUT said we’re welcome to be assisted with a purchase or anything else SUCH LAZINESS I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DOLLAR HERE EVER AGAIN DO TO SUCH MEANNESS AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE 😡 😠 😡 😠 😡 😠 😡 😠 😡 😠 😡 😠 BYE FOREVER KAY 👋

I went in to have a ring inspected. I was in and out in 5 minutes. The associate who helped me was very fast and friendly. Unfortunately, I didn't catch her name. I appreciate that they inspect bi-annually at no cost. Also, I must add that Tanner, who worked with my husband and me on two separate occasions, is an absolute delight - such a nice and professional young man. Thanks Kay!
