Terrible service lady who helped me acted like I was putting her out since the product I wanted to try out was in the back which she reminded of a few times this is why local businesses are going away I would have gotten better service at Walmart

I hate to give bad reviews but I have to keep it honest. The pharmacy was excellent but the warehouse was horrible, getting oxygen delivered to my sick mother took days after losing the prescription there, the warehouse needs to get it together it took several phone calls and a couple trips up there to get what we were supposed to get the first day. I hope whoever goes there gets better service than we did.

Went to get pads for a Tenz unit. Sticky pads that provide electrical stimulation, physical therapy dr said it would help with recovery from my knee surgery. I already OWN a Tenz unit but MR told me I had to have a prescription to get them. Dr told me its over the counter, WALGREENS has them OVER THE COUNTER! What a wastes of my time. Not my first bad experience there, NEVER AGAIN!

First of all, let me start by saying I have been a 20+ year loyal customer. Yesterday I got my anxiety and seizure medication. I had to go back to work so I didn't even look in the bottles till I got home from work about 2 hours later. When I opened my anxiety medication, they were green, which is a color I had gotten from them before but they didn't listen, I got green ones of course and they fell apart real easily. I had about 4-6 oddly broken ones and about a quarter the way full of pill dust. That's not even the worst part! The pills themselves had no effect AT ALL! NONE WHATSOEVER!!! So needless to say I well l will never go to Milner rushing again! I just wanted you warn everyone because I would hate for this to happen to anybody else. I just never thought they would do that to a loyal customer. Especially when my whole family were local customers. But my family or friends will not be going there again

A hometown institution that's served he Shoals area for over 100 years. A very sincere appreciation for customer is so apparent. There is a drive-thru window. The store is very well stocked with home healthcare items. They also can make "compound" prescriptions.
