Was searching for facial tissues. They weren’t where the sign said they were so I asked who I thought was an employee that was stocking shelves. This Indian (Asian) lady was pretty rude and wanted to make sure I knew she didn’t work there. Maybe she’d be more at home stocking shelves in Bombay. Wouldn’t hurt my feelings if she went back there. 3 stars for the lady that did work there being polite and helpful

Recently moved to the area and had all our prescriptions transferred via the app. There was no way to mark which needed to be filled or just transferred and held. Went to pick up prescriptions and pharmacist seemed to have an attitude problem when I only needed certain prescriptions they had filled. Also made things difficult with filling my dog’s prescriptions with her prescription discount. Then once the 4 scripts I needed were rung up it was more than I expected. I had to ask him to ring up one expensive prescription separately so I could use 2 different credit cards. The guy didn’t want to be bothered with it so he got someone else to do it. And the app won’t let me add my dog to my pharmacy account. I am having all our prescriptions now transferred to a different pharmacy so I don’t have to deal with these people again. Also was picking up a photo order of two 5x7 prints that should have been ready almost 2 hours before. The girl at the register pulled up the order and printed it then, saying lots of people had been printing in store that day. There was absolutely no one in the photo area when I went in or when I asked about my order. They simply hadn’t done their jobs. My first experience with CVS made me decide to not go there again.

I don't know how any of the big box pharmacies are in business. I would never go to them but occasionally I have to pick up a prescription for family. It's even worse to try to call and speak to someone in the pharmacy. This is a problem with all CVS stores. I would never go in a CVS for any reason when there are so many other pharmacies to choose from.

The customer service at this pharmacy drive through was unprofessional and rude. I felt rushed after asking simple questions (insurance billed incorrectly for a maintaince med that is monthly. )that should of been resolved right there at the window, but instead I was told that I could not hold up her line and that I needed to pay the cash price for med or move. I only wanting my insurance billed correctly for the medicines which was caused by a clerical error on their part. It is just sad that this unprofessional and hostile encounter could have been prevented if only the person waiting on us could of been more patient and willing to help. Which is suppose to be the case especially when you are dealing with medications. Now I have to return because she refused to fix it and I left without our medication. The name of the person who helped us was on the receipt hopefully this will help identify this person and the same behavior will not be repeated. This establishment deserves zero stars! Pharmacy staff is BEYOND rude and unprofessional. Pharmacy has been filling an old prescription, which has resulted in my family members blood pressure being through the roof...stroke level. It was an error the MD had to point out, even though the correct prescription had been sent numerous times. Also has been claiming they didn’t have a very important medication, that they’ve had all along, resulting in delay of care for my family member because they had the medication filed under the wrong person. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. When told we would take our business elsewhere, a staff member responded with “I don’t care.” Unacceptable.Their lack of concern or accountability is unsettling. Will not be returning to this location, their recklessness could have cost someone their life!!

My wife was having trouble getting her prescription filled at a number of pharmacies, but we decided to give it one more shot. Amazing pharmacy staff! They were so helpful and kind, especially with handling out of state prescription and insurance. And to top it off, they even sell champagne. I asked if I could open it there, but they declined. Still, 5 stars!

the pharmacy is BEYOND RUDE, they deserve 0 stars if that was a option I would give them that. I would not recommend anyone to this location. Customer service is so poor, this is the job you chose , so don’t treat customers rudely. treat customers with respect !

This is the largest CVS I have shopped in. Tall ceilings and large shopping floor. Just about everything you can think of for a small grocery store is sold here. The pharmacy is large with a drive thru.
