I Bought my chair 2 years ago and the frame broke. I call the comfort care line and held for over 30 minutes, and finally gave up. I Called the HWY280 store, at 10:30 am and left a message for the manager, Fannie, I was told she would call me in a few minutes. I still have not hear from her at 6:16 pm. This is not the LaZBoy I have delt with in the past. Very disappointed.

The living room furniture that was delivered at my home is not the same quality I selected from the showroom models. It is Poorly constructed. We are Very unhappy.

Recliners are not worth having. Material falls apart after 2-3 months. Buy another brand not associated with La-Z-Boy. They do not return phone calls and the manager will not even pick up the phone. Also the service department is terrible. They ask what the problem is and then they are finished with you. Look at all the complaints on message boards before you purchase from them. Save yourself the grief of dealing with them. They take your money fast but if there is a problem forget it. You are on your on. Pay a little more and buy quality from some other manufacturer. Went as far up the ladder that I could find contact info for. None of them would do anything. Making money means more than any customer satisfaction. La-Z-Boy absolutely sucks. Hated this recliner so much I sold it and purchased a leather one not made by La-Z-Boy. Will never step foot inside a La-Z-Boy store again. Do your research before you buy!!

I talked to the lady in Hoover named Paige. She is excellent at customer service. Top notch. Very impressed by her. I guess the only thing I wish I would’ve known was that the vibrating in the chair only lasts 15 minutes. That was what my dad was really disappointed in not having on for longer than 15 minutes if he wanted to sleep in the chair. For the chair to vibrate again you have to wait about 30 minutes. And I do understand the reasoning so that it won’t blow up the motor or overheat, but just being told that upfront would’ve been nice. I wish everyone knew about that from the beginning. But besides that Paige and her team were fabulous.

I walked in & saw what I wanted immediately, Mr. Allen got the paperwork completed quickly. The recliner was on sale & will be delivered this Saturday. Jeff Allen was very friendly & helpful.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!! I had heard many good things about lazy boy in the past... so we thought we would give them a try. We ordered our sectional March 2021 and we were originally told it would be ready by August/ September 2021. They pushed the date out further 3 different times. It's February 2022 and we just recieved a portion of our sectional. They got 1 of our pieces incorrect and are now charging us more than we agreed to because the original sales person is no longer with the company and he wrote our order wrong. It's now going to be another 7 or 8 months before we get the correct recliner. If we back out now we will be out $1000. BUYER BEWARE before you give this company any money!!!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would.

I’m disappointed in the quality of the couch I purchased. The leather is puckering which is a manufacturer defect and the couch isn’t level across the top and bottom. They have sent service out twice and the gentleman asked if I wanted to keep the first middle section he replaced because the replacement piece made it look worse. I have called the service department, visited the store, and called their care line without any communication. The love seat that matches this is delivering on Friday due to the fact we paid cash I guess it is mine so I hope it looks better than the couch. We ordered in November of 2020 and the couch looks wore out and old. My sales rep Helen is awesome but the service department leaves a lot to be desired. She won’t return calls or emails so that is a reflection of Lazy Boy and how take care of customers and conduct business. The last two pictures are of the floor model in the store. I will make sure to tell anyone who is purchasing furniture my story.
