I could not ask for better assistance. Our daughter's alternator quit working they helped purchase the correct part. But the service did not stop there her car quit working. We left it overnight. Crystal did a great job working with us as parents of a college student. We live out of town. She was willing to assist us with the tow truck once the driver arrived. Great place to get parts. Normally fast counter service. Most locations are easy in and out as well as easy to find on traffic. Most stores carry a wide selection of parts and accessories.

The female that is working the register today doesn't need to be working with the public, she acts like you are there to serve her. I have been doing business with my local O'Reilly's ever since they opened up, but never again. NEVER!! A word of caution to the manager of the Jacksonville store, you need to not just hire any female off the street, they need to have a little bit of knowledge, customer relations experience and not think that they can treat customers like there is nowhere else in town to go because I can assure you there is.
