!EXEMPLARY SERVICE! I was stranded during a routine DIY oil change with a snapped oil drain plug hung up in the oil pan😬. One call to this Napa store is all it took. Corey found my needed part and screw/bolt extractor, completed my transaction over the phone AND delivered it to me all within 28 minutes!!!!! How’s that for service!
