If it’s company policy to have to wear a mask or towel to get a haircut, I can respect that. They made me put a towel around my face, no exceptions (according to Crystal), but the next guy to come in draped it around his neck, and they didn’t make him cover his face. Not coming back here. Disappointed.

When the salon opens at 10 yet you have to wait until 10:20 for a stylist to show it's a bit ridiculous! Next time try being on time for your job and you'll get that tip. This is a consistent problem.

Went there and the woman there was rude and acted like she wanted me to leave, she told me to come back in 45 minutes, I came back a little past that and she had someone else in already, I was fine with that then she snapped at me and said it’ll be at least 20 minutes, so I sat and waited this time. I was reading an important text on my phone when she sat down and just stared at me, I looked up and asked if she was ready for me and she rudely snaps back, “ are you ready? I saw you were playing on your phone and I don’t bother people when they’re playing on their phones” at this point I was about to just walk out but I stayed for the haircut anyway, I then told her I wanted my top thinned out, she never did that, and anything I asked her to do she acted like it was such a issue for her, despite her rudeness and unprofessionalism I still left a tip, but never going there again and I’d advise any friends to do the same, if you want customers don’t hire people who have anger issues, I was respectful and understanding and even apologized for being late and she still was rude and didn’t do her job properly. I won’t be back
