I have purchased several sets of tires from them always worked out well. Unlike the box stores they give you their best price up front. Too many others give you a price and then tells you they will match the better price. Go local with persons that have been here.

I took my vehicle there and had them replaced the starter and the driver side wheel hub assembly and it cost over $700 for the two. Everything seem to be going well until about 3 weeks ago when the starter started acting up again. I called them and told them what was going on and they said to bring it in because it was still under warranty. When they called me back they let me know that the starter would be replaced again at no additional cost because it was still under warranty. They covered the cost of the replacement and the labor, which is the reason why I went with them to begin with... Because I was worried about how long the work would last if I took it to get it repaired somewhere and I knew that Murrell Brothers would stand behind their work, and they did. The only reason I did not give them 5 Stars was because the starter went out within months of having it replaced which means they used a very cheap rebuilt starter in my opinion.

Took car in because wheel was smoking, initially they said nothing was wrong with it. After talking to them again they decided to drive it and check it out. They said it was the rotors and replaced them without calling or giving an estimate first, costing almost $300. It didn't fix the issue. Said to bring it in and they will check it out for 'free'. Not happening.

This company was the fourth tire store I called for a price on two tires with a front in alignment. All for being reputable businesses. This place was at least $100 more than everywhere else.

I took my H2 there a couple years ago to get it aligned and they broke my esentric pin and replaced it with a bolt. The front end always popped after that at full wheel lock. The long haired mechanic was rude. I used to use them solely until that experience.
