The geezer named Bill that pierced my daughters ears today also sells wedding bands. I asked to look at them for her daddy. He said 'her' daddy, pointing to my daughter. I said "Yes! We've been together almost 3 years now" smiling away at him. He said... "See, that's what's wrong with girls nowadays. They can't keep their legs closed." Then dug even deeper and said, laughing, "Why would he want to marry you, you've already given him his hearts desire" ... I've never felt so embarrassed & SO disrespected in my life. I was seriously holding back tears & wanted to just disappear. I'm sharing all this to save someone else's money & dignity by stopping any of my friends from going to Earrings & Things in the Bel Air Mall. Then after saying all this he asked me if I wanted to try some on for size 😡👊🏼💥 No dude, I don't. I'm not a perfect Christian. Yes I had my child out of wedlock. Yes I know we should be married. But that is my business!!! At what point he thinks I gave him the right to judge me so harshly on that, I'm clueless. Not to mention extremely unprofessional!! Do yourself a favor & take your business elsewhere!

Horrible customer service. Will never shop here again!!! The man named BILL thinks it's okay to embarrass young women and be disrespectful to customers who come in to do nothing more thn spend their hard earned money on getting their beautiful daughters ears pierced and look at wedding bands for her boyfriend!!! Shame on you JERK FACE!! 😡 only giving one star to make a comment. My opinion, take your sweet 'hearts desire' else where for sweet new earrings 💗

Horrible and unprofessional place. Bought a chain from here and the very next day it faded and lost color even though it was supposed to be stainless steel. I went to exchange it and the guy told me that I cant exchange it even though tje receipt says exchange withing 7 days with receipt. The receipt also says silver which would explain how it faded. Even though I tried to explain it must be silver, he didnt want to hear it and walked away from me. I approached him and asked if he really isnt going to help me out and he said hes not a metal specialist and cant guarantee how long it will take to fade. Stainless steel doesnt fade into a brown color. He said hes not going to argue with me and walked away a second time and started helping another customer. Its ridiculous that I even tje receipt says silver and hes telling me that it doesnt matter because it is stainless steel and he knows it. This company should be ashamed of themselves cheating people like this.

I am appalled by the behavior of the old man BILL who's comments were disrespectful and uncalled for. "Why would a man marry you when you have already spread your legs and given him his hearts desire?" A child. Yes excatly. Who are you to make any judgement? Family owned business shaming women.

This place is a JOKE. The jewerly is FAKE, I bought a ring from here paid good money for it, they kept telling me it was real. I took it to a pawn shop for a estimate price and they said its not worth anything they would be nice & give me $10 because I do business with them...... THIS JOB & EMPLOYEES ARE FAKE..... I put 1 star because I had to in order to post. Shop somewhere else
