THEY WILL TAKE YOUR JEWELRY!!!! BE AWARE. make SURE ITS ENGRAVED. All they do is JUNK youre JEWELRY AND REPLACE IT THEY DO. NOT. REPAIR!!!!! I did not file a claim bc for ONE the picture they took wasnt clear enough to justify anything. it wouldve been a waste of my time and i literally went through that horrible process from 12/24-mid January for a braclet an inexperienced associate damaged reviving a link.. Kay needs younger experienced representatives/ salesperson(s) that can properly operate standard photographic devices to adequately represent jewelry intake. I am absolutely hurt, and we are VERY LOYAL customers.

Very dissatisfied. Had to do an exchange due to a defective item where stones were falling out. The order was shipped from online. Online at Kay stated I had to do an instore exchange. In store a very rude associate was "assisting us, with a very poor attitude." She told us she could do the exchange, but the price on the item has gone up, so I would have to pay an extra $50? Why would I pay more for an EXCHANGE of the same BROKEN item that was shipped to me? The associate stated I could talk to customer support If I didn't like it. The same ones who told me I had to go to the store. I am just so amazed at how poor this store, Associate and so called policy are. I will be followed up with a BBB complaint. I dont want others treated like this. Jewelry is suppose to be a fun and beautiful thing, not a depressing robbery. I dont want to be reimbursed for having to drive out of my way, nor do I want to be compensated for wasting my time, I just wanted my finances necklace in the correct condition.

My daughter ordered a heart beat necklace and ring on May 3rd, as of yesterday June 26th I received the necklace but no ring. The clasp on the necklace is broken and I can’t get any one to answer the phone at the local office.

Great Customer Service. Friendly staff and willing to help anyone that comes in. They take the time to get to know you and what your needs or desires are. Whenever I've encountered an issue, they took the time to try to solve the problem. I always feel valued when I'm there.

I hunted for diamond stud earrings for my wife for our anniversary at many stores for several weeks.. Dealt with the manager and she was most helpful. She found me the perfect pair with the 4 C's I was looking for. She was understanding of what I was looking for and very courteous. Most of all, she was very professional and helpful with my purchase. I will always return to Kay's for the quality service I received.

Sent wedding ring in for cleaning, check prongs in setting and replace lost side diamond. My ring came back on time, and it was beautiful and immaculate. Service was great and personnel very helpful. My Father had his watch repaired here, and he received great service also.

A Big Thank You! I recently visited Kays Jewelers in Bel Air Mall, and after speaking with the Manager, decided to leave my grandmother's watch for repair. This is one of my grandmother's prize pieces of jewelry. I picked it up a few days ago, and it is working great! They cleaned it up, so nice. Grandmother is so pleased. Thank you so much.

I got the ring and it immediately had to be sent in for three weeks to be sized. It was sent back to me with one of the stones chipped, and then a different stone fell out of it a few weeks later. I took it in to have both stones replaced. It was gone for three weeks and was sent back to me with two stones chipped. They had to damage it out and give me a new one which was sent out for three weeks to be sized. I went to pick it up on the 'promise date' and at first they told me they lost it, but then they said it hadn't even been shipped out from their store to be sized until the day after I was supposed to pick it up. Throughout all of this Debbie has been extremely rude when I go in to the store. This whole experience has been a nightmare and I will never shop with Kay again.

My engagement ring was supposed to be sent to Virginia by a week ago, in a 6 prong setting. They haven't even started on it and it's 2 weeks later. I won't see my boyfriend again till the wedding. They ordered a 5 prong setting in white gold instead of yellow gold. They promised us again it'd be here by the 9th, we contacted them again and they said the repair shop still hasn't even gotten the part or promised to ship it. We just want the ring back. We don't even want the ring fixed by them. Kay's is awful! Do not trust them!
