THEY WILL TAKE YOUR JEWELRY!!!! BE AWARE. make SURE ITS ENGRAVED. All they do is JUNK youre JEWELRY AND REPLACE IT THEY DO. NOT. REPAIR!!!!! I did not file a claim bc for ONE the picture they took wasnt clear enough to justify anything. it wouldve been a waste of my time and i literally went through that horrible process from 12/24-mid January for a braclet an inexperienced associate damaged reviving a link.. Kay needs younger experienced representatives/ salesperson(s) that can properly operate standard photographic devices to adequately represent jewelry intake.
