I received personal service there. The owner is very nice and helpful. He did not have the boots I wanted so he is making a special order for them. I highly recommend anyone to go there for uniforms and gear. Thanks...

Owner is an awesome salesman, great guy to talk to and knows his customers and regulars by name. His prices are a little steep, but he's local and small business. The only thing I can complain about is he's a bit slow on orders. If you're a new hire he will do his best to get you a uniform as quick as possible. I went at a bad time, he got 1 uniform but had to leave town, I went back when a friend was running it. idk If she lost my papers or what but I'm going on 4 weeks now with 1 outfit and no call or answer when I call.

He is so rude to people and and he lie about when your stuff will be ready but will take you money and tell you date when it should be ready and it’s not ready for a few months. Bad business!!! The store is hazardous so messy stuff is everywhere I’m Surprise no one injured their self in that messy store, he need to clean up or give things away free!!!

So, there I was, in the gritty concrete jungle of Gov'ment Street in Mobile, Alabama. It was a hot, humid summer day, in a manner such, that only those that know - really know. I first sauntered...well the wife sauntered, I walked, into Leo's Uniform & Supply, to purchase a few pairs of BDU pants for work. It did not go as well as I'd hoped. In all I made three trips, one a week for three weeks. 1. I was ignored. Simply ignored. Jeff was on the phone, and some woman was stocking / putting stuff away. I waited approximately 10 minutes, no one spoke to me. I did not see what I wanted and left. 2. Went back a week later as I am either a glutton for punishment or a fool. However, I prefer to shop local. Jeff, told me, something along the lines "if I don't see it, he doesn't have it. However, a shipment was coming in by the end of the week." - That's cool. I'll be back. 3. I returned the next week. I was ignored. Not a single, Hi, hello, kiss my grits, etc. I searched the shelves, nothing there. I went home and ordered from Amazon, they had what I wanted, but they didn't tell me anything about their grits either. Doubtful we will return. ~Flak

I normally don't give reviews, but this company has treat me very wrong. It was about a 2 1/2 month ordeal. At first I was treat great by Jeff. Told him what I wanted and he said it wouldn't be a problem. All I needed was to have my name, company logo, and US Flag put on 2 shirts, 5 jumpsuits, repair a hole in a par of pants, and equipment bag. He said no problem. Would be done in 2 weeks and he would call me when he was done. Two weeks came by and I did not hear anything from him. After about 3 weeks I try to call to see what the status of my stuff. This is when the problems begin. I call in and ask for Jeff. The lady said that Jeff wasn't in and would be another week before he would be back. So I ask her if she could help me because it had almost been a month since they took my stuff. From that day on the nightmare with Cindy started. Cindy had no desire in helping resolve the problem. I had ask her to have Jeff call me several times. Never got a phone call Jeff. The lady had the nerve to even start an argument infront of customer which just happen to be a police officer which was very embrassing to me. There was also on different day a new employee lady that was working there that was trying to help me, however Cindy would roll her eyes and make smart ass remarks to her right in front me like I wasn't even standing there. After 2 1/2 months I gave up and just ask to give me my stuff back and would pay them for what they did get done. Again it was a fight to get my stuff back. My advice is to anyone wanting to do business with this company is to run the other way. This Cindy lady has chip on her shoulders and is never happy. My advice to Jeff when he out of town is to put the new employee in charge because she at least tries to help the customers and fire Cindy. That my two cents worth on my experience with this company.

The place is a bit unorganized and you won't find your size in all the products, but it has some treasures of find if you're looking for vintage cowboy shirts. I've purchased 2 belts from them. The service was fine.
