Best boot store in Mobile, Alabama (AL) 2024

Well, bought a pair of $90 shoes that wound up being a little to small and when I took them back with box and receipt, they wanted me to clean a pair of shoes that weren't even dirty. It's like they didn't want to take them back and some guy that works there is on a power trip. I'll never go back and tell everyone I know if they want good merchandise and service, go to Academy where the staff is friendly,professional and the customer service is excellent. If people don't treat you right when you pay them good money then all you got to do is go somewhere that does treat you good. Like for example Academy. ~Henry

I received personal service there. The owner is very nice and helpful. He did not have the boots I wanted so he is making a special order for them. I highly recommend anyone to go there for uniforms and gear. Thanks... ~Rene

Rudeness to the utmost degree!! The women at this small business have never failed to be rude, maybe the trait was inherited, as was the business. They'll never have another dime of mine. The Airport location. Purposeful rudeness seemed to be pridefully displayed on numerous occasions. The last example was when leaving and picking up a pair of boots to be treated, which at a glance appears to be a profitable part of the business. Every part of this simple transaction was just plain ugly from the start. It was like a statement was being made that we really don't need your business, we have enough already. At time of pickup, with receipt in hand, I was sarcastically asked if I had left ONE boot or TWO while she looked over her shoulder for approval from her coworker. From the counter I could see the bag that held the boots, including the numbered tag. It was within an arms distance through the door into the shop.
