5 Best womens clothing store in Mobile, Alabama (AL) 2024

O my Goodness this is an amazing place to shop 😍there associates are amazing and so friendly. The clothes are very nice and not super expensive. I will be back not just for the clothes but the amazing personalitys of the associates as well. I can remember the girls name. But I will be back because of her for sure. On my receipt it's associate 110 I hope that helps because she deserves a raise If nothing else. ~debra

I’ve shopped this store for a few years now. However, my experience with this store has been mostly unpleasant. The associates, with the exception of a couple, are rude & condescending. I continued to shop at Talbots but did so online because I liked the clothing selection & size options. I then utilized this store mostly for returns & exchanges. Finally, after my most recent experience yesterday, it’s abundantly clear, they simply would rather not be bothered with customer service. I can think of other ways to spend my money like at a store that values my business. Finally, so over Talbots. ~wanda

Well, bought a pair of $90 shoes that wound up being a little to small and when I took them back with box and receipt, they wanted me to clean a pair of shoes that weren't even dirty. It's like they didn't want to take them back and some guy that works there is on a power trip. I'll never go back and tell everyone I know if they want good merchandise and service, go to Academy where the staff is friendly,professional and the customer service is excellent. If people don't treat you right when you pay them good money then all you got to do is go somewhere that does treat you good. Like for example Academy. ~Henry
