Great selection of boots! Only reason I couldn't give them five stars is because they don't keep the boxes the boots come in (they have nowhere to keep them), which I like to have to store my boots in.

Great store in the Opry mills with a wide selection of boots, hats, and accessories. Prices were reasonable and the staff were friendly.

Great selection, tidy store, and has a nice wooden floor in the center of the store to help you get use to the cowboy boots. The staff was very nice and even held my boots for me as I went to another store to compare. Didn’t take me long to come back and buy my boots, the quality was undeniable. And it was also good to know that the store does allow for items to be held for customers for 24hours. I’m happy with my purchase and experience in this store.

My 1st visit to the store at the opry mills mall and Ms Marilynn was the most awesome lady to assist me in my birthday shopping spree I was b'n treated too ❤ . The place was busy but, the special 1on1 treatment was priceless!!!! I will most definitely be back ! Also ah shout out to Ms. Kelly for helping out 🤗. Great bunch of folks helping in this store🤗🤗🤗

Kelly was so helpful and kind. My husband and I shopped here while up from Louisiana. I was surprised by the selection in comparison to most of the larger boot barn stores. We had a great experience and love what we purchased.

Was visiting the Opry Land Mall store from Flint MI, I stopped in the store. Ended up purchasing 3 pair of boots, and few other items. Kelly was my sales person, and she was very helpful, making sure that I had the perfect fit before leaving the store. I even called back to buy a 4th pair a few weeks later. I'm addicted!

Great selection of dress boots. This store doesn't carry alot of work boots. The goodlettsville store has more inventory.
