They get a 4 star rating because the inventory could be better. Never fails the sizes we need are very limited. It's rare for us to come in and get the item we went in for due to there being issue with finding the right size.

I entered the store and asked about buying shoes in bulk and inquired about the 50 percent off sales. They said it was fine. I looked around and settled on the shoes I would buy and took them to the register. I started to feel uncomfortable when the associates talked amongst themselves and then a man made a phone call. He ended the phone call and proceeded to refuse to sell all the shoes to me. The situation turned extremely awkward and I was feeling really uncomfortable at this point. Red flags were going off in my head and he was acting suspicious. I was allowed to purchase four pairs. I went back that evening to have the security devices removed because they forgot to remove them during the initial ordeal. Needing answers to this unsettling situation I went back and found that they had not only refused to sell the shoes to me they had immediately marked the price up on the shoes. I am posting a picture of my receipt to show the initial five dollar price of the shoes after the fifty percent off and the photo I took that evening showing them having been marked up after they refused to sell them to me.

They have a decent selection for men and women and some really good sales at times, however, I was truly shocked by the complete lack of variety for children, partically school aged boys. It is, quite literally, four short aisles of the same shoe in a different color. I do hope they work toward a more diverse inventory for kids since they used to be such a reliable place to go for back to school!
