It’s not so much a gym as a community. It’s literally for everyone. Any age, fitness level, and physical limitations are worked with. Everyone is welcomed. I went in knees knocking I was so intimidated by CrossFit but they welcomed me with open arms and now it’s like family. So glad I wakes through their doors.

Absolutely one of the best CF gyms in Clarksville! The owners, Frank and Cara, as well as their coaches always show up with a positive attitude and take the time to develop and improve their athletes regardless of experience or skill level. I enjoy the variety of class options (CrossFit, weightlifting, endurance, etc) as well as the class hours which are very accommodating to people who work a 9-5! If you’re looking for a gym that will challenge you, build you up physically and mentally while accepting you into a phenomenal and caring community—look no further than Ergon Elite!

This is the best gym I have ever been apart of. I was immediately welcomed into the community, and I now consider this place my second home. I’ve met my best friends here, and my love for fitness is stronger than it’s ever been! I highly recommend this gym!

Almost two years at Ergon Elite and I can't imagine a better experience. Cara and Frank make a great team and their leadership has created a positive gym culture for their skilled coaches and members of every ability. Their onboarding classes and skills in helping people of all fitness levels (or no fitness level) into a safe, consistent workout and nutritional routine make this gym special. Cara expertly programs training cycles for class workouts while adding specialized programs for more competitive athletes. Extras like this are included in the low monthly fee making this gym a treasure in North Clarksville.

The owners of this gym will manipulate you into thinking that your the problem and not there programming or leadership. They won’t let there members compete at local competitions. The owners have never showed up to any charity event in this town. They are shallow people who are creating a cult in there gym. There are plenty of other great gyms in Clarksville to go to. Do not go here.

Other than the location there is nothing “Elite” about this gym or the owners. There are multiple occurrences of unfair grading at competition “Top of the Box” of which there is proof. There are Multiple occurrences of the gym owner publicity degrading other athletes from other gyms at competitions on social media which she has taken down, but I have screen shots of. There are multiple occurrences of body shaming of their athletes “telling them they are fat” of which we have first hand knowledge of. They have lied and said they supported a charity event for a local family, donating money, of which they never did. They don’t support the CrossFit culture of community. They shame people for attending other gyms in the community. There are other gyms in Clarksville with great people and this is not one to attend. Beware.

The community and compassion of this gym are unparalleled. The coaches are all humble, skilled, and genuine, and the team and community are a reflection of the family values of the owners, Cara and Frank. It is family-friendly and even my kids loved coming here. One of my kids even thanked me for bringing him every single day I brought him to a class.

Talk about a life changing gym! This place is so much more than a lift..Frank and Cara are incredible! You feel like you are apart of a family, I can’t recommend this place high enough! If you are new to CrossFit don’t be intimidated go in and try it out! I did and I found a new world that I am completely in love with.

This is the absolute best Crossfit gym I’ve been to. The coaches are top notch and the classes are always challenging. You will always get a great workout in. So glad I found my home gym with this community of amazing people.
