I love Grit Fitness, they are the absolutely the best!! I have been going there for about 3 years and the gym continues to exceed my expectations. I love that each day the workout is different & challenges you on so many different levels. Between cardio & strength training there’s never any muscle in your body that is missed. You can tell they put a lot of effort into the workouts and that they truly care. The trainers are amazing, constantly pushing you to achieve your goals & are very encouraging even during the workouts. As well as the people there, it feels like FAMILY! Creates a fun & safe atmosphere to workout. If you are looking for somewhere to start, I would highly recommend this gym. ~Niki
