There not Lowes but it's looking like there trying to get better. There staff is not friendly. Not sure why? That starts with upper management. They used to be friendly what happened over the years? I hope they get better soon.

Looked for a dusk to dawn light bulb on the website, because it is rare to find anyone who knows anything about the store, and the aisle and bin location do not match what is in the store. The location says "aisle 1 bin 3". There is no section marked 3. When you walk in through the entry door aisle 1 is right there, and the bins are marked 2,4,6, and so on. Since it is aisle 1, there is no "right side" because all those aisle run 90 degrees from "aisle" 1. Does the person that runs the website not go into the stores looking for anything like light bulbs? Ok, you might say to go ask someone. They didn't even know they made dusk til dawn light bulbs, much less where to look for dusk to dawn bulbs.

The Home Depot website allowed me to place a next-day delivery order for a tub surround, but sent a third party delivery service to pick it up. They cancelled the order because the vehicle size was insufficient. However, Dee at the customer service desk at the West Mobile store was extremely helpful with correcting this, made sure to get my delivery set up with an appropriate delivery truck, and ensured that my order was completed. Dee even called the next day to make sure that the delivery service got my order to me and apologize for the delay.

I come to Home Depot to buy all my plants and plants needs…I am happy to come here. But today the lady at the customer service desk watched me walk to self check out where 2 other cashiers overlook the area and after I finished checking (paying) out the lady at the customer service check my Receipt for some potting soil and 5 .98 plant buckets. I do not use plastic, I’m not about to use bags. I try to live a sustainable lifestyle. This lady walk from behind the register fast asking to check my receipt like I was thief. My heart started beating fast. My chest became tight. If you feel like your customers are thieves don’t offer self check out. Not cool. Hire someone who specializes in theft to watch cameras. And I told her No! Serval times, I told her I just paid for these items But she continued asking. Mental Harassing me. ( Ms.D)If I start to suffer from some Post traumatic stress disorder. I will Most definitely be back Home Depot because she stated this is your policy and this has never happened to me. Never forget Lowes is right down the street with much nicer employees and a huge plant section I will drive the extra minute for better treatment 6/25/22 @08:07pm .

This will not be a good review. I came here because the app said certain items were in stock: white roses, purple roses, and the paper yard bags that I see all my neighbors use. None of the above was in stock. I was pretty mad, I usually shop at Lowes and came to Home Depot specifically for those items. Also came to get a hose, hose extender, and hose shower sprayer for my plants. Home Depot had zero sprayers in stock with the exception of a $17.99 sprayer that had only one setting. I cannot believe I wasted time and gas to drive clear across town for certain items that were guaranteed in stock. Also had issues using my military discount at checkout, it told me to log into the Home Depot app and I did not have time for that, I had to have an employee help me. Shop at Lowes, this Home Depot is awful.

They are fine and to the par for in-store shopping. They advertise curbside pickup and online ordering. Online CSR were excellent but when I called the store, they were not very helpful and felt like they were angry I called to inquire about my pickup. Hope it is one-off and others have better experience!

Customer Service was no help at all. They have no idea how to rent a Home Depot truck. But James in the Lumber Department was very helpful. It wasn’t even his job but he went out of his way to get answers for us. We need more workers like James! We are giving one star to Customer Service and five stars to James!

This is a nice Home Depot store. Staff was good helping me choose product to get rid of wasps on patio. It seems they had me get a good helpful item. They also have nice plants and yard and garden supplies.
