I purchased 6 bags of drainage rock. I am 67 years old, have a blood clot in my leg, and needed assistance to pick up and load the rock. The young woman working the cash register was helpful and did her best to find someone to assist me. The young man who came up gave every appearance that the last thing he wanted to do was his job. As I waited by my car, he visited with the young woman. After a few minutes he motioned with his finger for me to walk the 200 feet to him. Once I arrived, he asked "Where is it?" I asked "where is what?" He answered "the stuff you want." I told him I did not know, since I simply ordered at the cash register. Since he had no idea where anything was, I offered to help him find it. After I found it, I left him to load the rock into the cart, and returned to my unlocked car. He eventually arrived at the car, and commenced to throw the bags (rather than placing them) into my trunk, dripping mud all over the outside of my car. He made no effort to clean the mess. The young women at the cash register was very helpful. The young male associate was simply awful. Earlier this week, I made the exact same purchase at another Lowes (Rangeline Road), and received excellent service. I will continue to shop at that store. I will try to avoid the store on the I-65 beltway.

I wish I could give this place negative stars! Customer service is absolutely garbage! The workers there just wander about with head phones in, pants sagging and get annoyed when you ask them a question. I don't understand what happened to what use to be a good home improvement store. Straight to the pot!

Needs more employees. Stood in return line 30 minutes. Old lady was complaining that she's supposed to be off. Phone rang the entire time, they are moving so slow. This place is a mess. I blame leadership. Lowes is not doing well. I'll avoid this place going forward.

I will just make everyone aware that the Mobile area hires outside contractors who hires people who are not vetted. Be Aware. I had one of their employees who accessed my credit card, charged thousands of dollars until I became aware and canceled the card. Be extremely careful who you allow into your home. Lowe's Will not be accept any responsibility or let you know Company that hires these people

On 7/19/2022 at 7:09p Man named Kareen, offered me true service at returning my battery core charge. While everyone else was very busy he stepped and wanted to take care of the customer, ME! He was very sincere which is impossible to come by these days. He wanted to know how I could be helped and worked his way through the system even though he was a little new at it. Humans like him should become leaders on the World. Kind, caring and Smart!

We were ignored by the woman in the "door and security door" dept. working between 6p and 730p July 5, 2022 at this store. She walked away from her register with a customer she was chatting with and never came back. She was called on the loud speaker to return to her register, but she didn't come back to help us and the other customer. We were also ignored by 3 male workers that were All helping one lady with a cellphone. Corporate really needs to make some changes at this I65 store because the customer service is Absolutely Horrible!

I used to love this place but there are seldom any cashiers and you are almost always forced to use the self-checkout. Of course, today the screen locks up with around ten other customers behind me. I push the button for assistance and instead of someone helping me with the locked up screen, they open up two registers. I waited almost 10 minutes for help to fix it. Open more registers all of the time and have the self-check there for people who want the convenience of on-the-job training.

This is by far the absolute worst Lowes store I have ever been to. The first time I went, I could not find a single person who knew what I was talking about (was looking for fire rated caulk). The second time, I just could not find anyone. The third time I could not find anyone until a lady stopped and asked if I needed help. I could not believe my eyes that an employee at this store wanted to help. I later found out that she was from another store and assisting at this location. (Makes perfect sense). Today, I called this store and asked for customer service regarding a product. I sat on hold for 30 minutes. Hung up, called back and sat on hold for another 30 minutes. I would use the Daphne location (an incredible location) but they don't have the product in question in stock. Safe to say that I am currently switching my account over to Home Depot. I prefer Lowes, but desperate times call for desperate measures!

The young lady that waited on me was nice but Lowe's overall customer service needs a bit of work. I ordered a door last month that was supposed to be here on the 16th. I called and called, put on hold, unanswered, called back, finally answered and put back on hold. Finally, someone answered and took my information for a call back the next day. Didn't get a call back so I went into the store. Voiced my concerns and waited for about 30 minutes to find out the vendor will be sending the order by May 4th. Of course this pushes everything with my project back. If I have to use Lowe's in the future, I will take in consideration that the time frame they give should be doubled. I will expect not to be notified if tha change. change.I know delivery times are not exact, but Notification of a delay, at the least, would have been appreciated. An answered phone call would be great as well.

3-12-22 Lowes on I-65 Mobile AL. Zero check out lanes are closed except self check out and Self check out will not take a Lowes gift card and the manager was paged 6 times and never came over for 45 mins. This store need corporate to come pay a visit. They are poorly trained and this store need professional properly trained help. About 12 had this issue as we was.
