I found the local, store-side staff and initial customer service reps (that help you switch from a competitor) are super-duper-over-the-top friendly. That was the pleasant part, and I felt very optimistic. Once you sign up, and have issues with your bill, you are on overseas calls, on hold (800#) for a MINIMUM of 30 minutes, a half hour on top of that to speak to a manger, and on top of that, the issues are not resolved.

So for the past 2 weeks me and my wife have been battling back and forth with the 1800 customer service number telling us they couldn’t do anything with out the PIN number that I could no longer get because I had switched services back in September of 21 long story short I went in to the T-Mobile store in holly springs and was greeted by LaFonia Edwards she went above and beyond for me when I told her the amount of money that had been taken from me since September when I canceled my account she sat me down offering me her chair because the other ones were all taken and instantly got on the phone and called everyone she had to even went one step further when the first person told us she could only give us the past 90 days as a refund she decided to get on her personal phone and call her higher ups and got me my full refund with in an hour for sure if you are looking for truly amazing customer service go see LaFonia she is a great person and truly cares NOT just there to collect a pay check. I am extremely great full for all your hard work for me and my family!! THANK YOU!

Now that Sprint has been absorbed by T-mobile all Sprint contracts and services have been switched over to them. This is now my closest phone store location and where I will be getting my new devices as needed. Got a new phone yesterday to replace a glitching one and they helped me with the transfer of all of my data and fully set up and customized my new phone even though it took about an hour. Very good service from their staff!

I had an issue with another T-Mobile store and rebates and that manager was unwilling to work with me. Philippe Titus, the store manager, went above and beyond to help. Best customer service I have received from any cell phone store.

Update: had to go back to finally migrate our lines and 1:30 waiting and haven't been helped yet. I honestly don't understand why it takes so long. Is a total unpleasant experience and bad case of customer experience. Understaffed. Waiting more than one hour just to talk with someone, staff keeps chatting with clients and take so long to get anything done. Not recommended and not coming back.

Great customer service experience thanks to Chandler Collins. We transferred two lines from Consumer Cellular and purchased two new phones. Chandler helped us with the transfer and made sure we understood what was going on. He not only knew how to navigate through the process but verified that each step was completed and working before moving on. We left the store with working new phones that were completely restored and functional. Thanks Chandler - you made it enjoyable and made us fans of T-Mobile.

Attempted to go to this location with my father and brother while I was home for Thanksgiving, to upgrade a line and purchase two new Galaxy watches. As we attempted to enter the store, we were denied access because I did not have a mask. I explained I was from out of state and they are not required back home and thus I do not carry one. I asked if they had extras available, and she told me I had to provide my own, and that it is state law that I wear a mask. I know this is a lie, and after speaking with my father on the way back I know that Holly Springs mayor has even outright said that masks are not required. Had she explained it was a company policy, or even a local policy, that would have been a different matter all together. Because of her attitude and lies, my family will not be doing business with this location again, and I am in the process of looking at other carriers.
