Jay was Awesome! Got my vehicle in, ordered the part, gave me a estimated completion date and it was spot on. Offered me lyft service both to and from my destination during time of drop off and pick up. Excellent customer service, a rare find! Thanks Pep Boys!

Do not recommend. The manger there Jason is rude and very nonchalant. And argumentative. He was short with me, and had no clear communication on what’s going on. They allow you to book appointments for your vehicles but do not service them. I had to reschedule and come back more than twice because they backed up. He basically tried to make me leave my car because I was 7 mins late getting there. However previous appointments I was on time and still not serviced.

I was traveling thought Montgomery and had engine problems on a Saturday evening. They worked with me and stayed late to diagnose and repair the engine problem. They all were extremely courteous and helpful. My family and I are very thankful for their time and service.

I was passing by Montgomery, Alabama on my way to San Antonio, Texas. I got my tire blown up and then I requested a tow to take me to the closest Pep boys. Thank God for the guys who work here. Jay customer service was exceptional he was very kind, honest and professional. I thought I was going to leave with this hard situation unresolved since no one could exchange this tire due to having key locks on each of the tires (something the previous owner didn't warned us about, what a headache has been). So imagine my frustration when my tire couldn't be replaced with the spare. But Jay found a way which I'm really thankful for. I had to leave my truck there for several days and they take well care of it and fix in less than an hour. Thanks for Not giving up Jay! We need more trustworthy people like him. Please someone give him a raise!

Made an appointment for the following day for an alignment and tire rotation. Was told this is the best one in Montgomery only to be let down. So I arrived on time for what I think is my appointment. Nope never made me one not even in the system. Now keep in mind I made the appointment in store. This is poor customer service..

Great experience! Location on Eastern never opened or answered calls 30 minutes after scheduled appointment. Called this location, most accommodating, worked me right in given I was so behind schedule due to other location. These guys professional and friendly! Thank you!

Had an 8am appointment to install springs on my car. Arrived at 8am. Waited 30 minutes for the manager to even open the business. Once inside was told that they did not work on my car even after I had set the appointment online with all of my vehicle information entered into their website. Complete waste of time trying to drop my car off before work. Customer service is trash.

I arrived at Pep Boys for my oil change appointment that I had made via the online option the day prior, but was told they were extremely short-handed and that the online service didn't allow for staffing shortages to be relayed to customers who made online appointments. Jay, the employee who greeted me, was very apologetic and asked if I could return the next day. I explained that I live 25 miles away and had come specifically that day due to my appointment. He very professionally told me that he would work me in, and my car was ready within 45 minutes. I truly appreciate his willingness to help, and his professional manner in handling what had turned into a tough work day for this location. I will definitely be back for future service and will recommend this location of Pep Boys to others.
