Trouble making a return of 100 ft. of 240 volt wire that was a incorrect purchase. Valued +/- $250, but useless to me.

Almost always had a good experience with this store. Very rarely does it not have what I'm looking for. When they don't have it I end up buying it from them online. They have better lumber, than the other big box place, in my opinion.

I like the appliance sales people, they were very courteous and professional and very helpful and were able to answer all my question. We brought a new gas range. I've already bought appliances at this store before and I've always have a great experience.

Love this store but everytime I have to return anything you have to wait in line over 15 min or more. Always one person working and other employees coming up but no body wants to help Asking cashier to call manager , she called but still waiting. Lady and line had to ask lady that came behind counter if she was here to help her name was Judy. She got on the register and help but she was up there earlier seen the line and didn't help

I have always been a big fan of home depot. UNTIL i moved to Alabama and visited the local home depot. In store their customer service is terrible. And now online ordering is Garbage. i ordered a huge order of lumber and tools on august 3. the lumber was at my house the next day but i'm still waiting on the tools that i need for the job. i went with store pickup because it said they'd be there early. on the email tracking it still says order received and will be ready for store pickup august 9. i've called every day since august 9 and their customer service give me the SAME RESPONSE every day saying ( it says its arriving today and will be ready for pickup tomorrow) and of course they gave me that response again today and its august 15. it wouldn't be such a big deal if i didn't need the tools for the job and if the tools alone didn't cost $600 and they cant do anything to make me a happy customer. They cant even give a refund until they receive the tools. Never again Oxford AL Home depot i would give zero stars if i could

This review is mainly for two employees (Zebb and Keith) that went OVER & BEYOND for me last week rather than the company as a whole. So, I’m new to the area (moved from GA) and with the pandemic issues a lot of items are taking almost a decade to arrive via shipping. I recently bought a home and purchased a dining table on June 12 online. After the delivery date changing over 4 times, the item shipped to the store on July 8 and the package was HUGE (I previously called to have it shipped to my home but I couldn’t change it so then a rep assured me it was 100lbs and could fit in a compact car trunk—BOY WAS SHE WRONG). With the package being so big and me not knowing anyone with a large vehicle to haul it, the two employees I mentioned earlier assisted me for over 30mins I’m sure in unboxing the items, removing seats to fit the items, and then helped secure items in my truck with strings. All things they didn’t have to do just to help a Samaritan. The world needs more people like this. GOD BLESS THEM! Especially for being angels to me on this day! I love my table by the way. :)

Terrible customer service. Waited 20 minutes for someone to come to help, and no one ever came. Pressed help button numerous times. Several employees spending time talking to each other instead of helping the customer. Will be taking my business to Lowes.

Came in to buy a few things and buy an upright freezers, but the selection was not good, only had 1 and couldn't see it, it was in a box, so we didn't buy one. We did get to look around some and I've been looking at the pancake air compressors. Since Christmas is coming up, I took a few pictures so my wife would know what to buy me at Christmas time!
