This Walgreens is actually the worst. It is only two minutes away from me but I have to drive 10 minutes away for a better Walgreens. I’m not even talking about their If if I want “Same-day” photo print & pick up, advertised discounts honoured, any type of help really. Just now, I bought medicine and it was advertised at a discounted price for reward members, once scanned at the register I asked how come it wasn’t reflected true, the lady at the register said “I don’t know, but your total is…” I’m not even looking for smiles or small talk, but these people just don’t care to help the slightest.

Walgreens has proven to be very unprofessional in their handling of my account. They charged me twice for a prescription and would not do anything to help me. Jessica told me her manager, Pam Mathis, instructed her to tell me to dispute the double charge with my credit card company. This is terrible customer service and I will never be going back to Walgreens again.

We have shopped at this store since it opened many years ago and the store personnel and management have always been very nice and helpful, however the Pharmacist has consistently been rude and at at times refused to get up from her computer and help at all. I would not use this pharmacy as long as she is there.

I had just gotten in the store good when they played the announcement that they were closing in 5 minutes and I needed to bring my purchases to the front of the store to be checked out. I didn't have any purchases yet and according to my cell phone, I still had 15 minutes before the official closing time. I thought I'd at least be able to pick up the important things on my list and that shouldn't take any longer than 5 minutes. As I started walking toward the back of the store, the cashier yelled for me to come check out right away. I informed her of the time and asked what the urgency was all about, and she told me that their system was problematic and that it would automatically close out the day 10 minutes early, on occasion. If this were to happen, the transactions for the day would be inaccurate, and I understood what a mess that would be for the accounting people, so I told her goodnight and left without buying anything. It was only a 10 minute drive to Hoover, and the Walgreens there is open 24/7 and never closes. They really need to get the system fixed asap so that more business isn't turned away from that store.

I wish I could give a 0! I walked in and the guy working was practically asleep on the counter playing a game on his phone.. I said waking in “rough night” he looks at me and said “just bored out of mind”. I said I’m sorry and he mumbled something so I couldn’t hear it. I go to check out and he wouldn’t look at me. As he rang me up I waited for him to ask for my members card he never did. I said I had a Walgreens card and he said “oh how am I suppose to know you think I can read minds”. I just paid and left him to his game. Pathetic store...don’t waste you time or money!

The costumer service was great, a young lady named Diana was very helpful and nice when it came to helping me with my shopping, I feel like Walgreens should have more employees like her.

I would prefer to give 0. Staff is horrible, very unprofessional. No one greets you when you walk in, no thank you or ask if you need help when you are going in circles through their maze of a store because nothing seems to be in an obvious location.... Manager asks me if I know where the lady who is supposed to be at the from cash register is...... Never again....

This Walgreens closes whenever they feel like it. And when you don't get off work until 9:30 and you depend on them to be open until 10 so you can buy your kids cold medicine, closing 15 minutes early makes a difference. Especially when 3 other cars pull up and wonder why they are closed. Very disappointed. Will never shop here again.
