I am not a fan of store cards and sales that claim savings that are highly skewed. The store feels dated, which reflects directly on my willingness to spend money on food (is it expired?) and any kind of more costly products (there is probably a newer version). Staff is friendly and responds fast to a longer line. ~Gottfried

The bakery(at Pelham super Walmart) section lady (Erin) is very helpful and creative with the cake design and the taste. She made our son's birthday cake more beautiful by adding additional touch ups to look more 3D look ( just so others can understand, we shared those dinosaurs picture to her and asked to write the "happy birthday Rehaan", The additional trees, grass at the bottom all her own creative touch). My least favorite of all locations due to their poor customer service. Everytime I come to this store which has been a lot, not once have I been greeted with the same customer service I've received at the Hoover Place location. Not once. No one has every spoken, said hello, welcome to our store and they will look you dead in the face when you enter especially the manager in the photo. Custer service here is lacking at a times. ~Cashidah

This Walgreens is actually the worst. It is only two minutes away from me but I have to drive 10 minutes away for a better Walgreens. I’m not even talking about their If if I want “Same-day” photo print & pick up, advertised discounts honoured, any type of help really. Just now, I bought medicine and it was advertised at a discounted price for reward members, once scanned at the register I asked how come it wasn’t reflected true, the lady at the register said “I don’t know, but your total is…” I’m not even looking for smiles or small talk, but these people just don’t care to help the slightest. ~Win

I experienced the best customer service I've seen in years at this location. Upon entering the store my husband and I were greeted by all staff members. We were made to feel at home from the onset. As we walked around the store, the sales representatives inquired if we where finding everything we needed. Although the sales representative may have been working with other customers they also checked in on us from time to time. This experience warmed my heart. This store is one of my favorite places to shop. Awesome services ladies. ~Josette

My family and I needed to move 2 Large arm chairs, The price on the U-Haul truck was $19:99. I was asked how many miles would I need the truck to drive, I told her 30 miles. My price was $59.00 and a full tank of gasoline to drive the truck. My my coupons didn't work I was totally disappointed. ~Dorothy

Kyle and Nick did a great job for us! They worked hard all day. I asked them to move furniture to different places, I couldn't decide where to put things, at our new house. They happily moved stuff around until I was satisfied. They definitely made our moving experience a good one. They were focused on their job and very efficient. A stress free move for us!
