Best furniture store in Pelham, Alabama (AL) 2024

The bakery(at Pelham super Walmart) section lady (Erin) is very helpful and creative with the cake design and the taste. She made our son's birthday cake more beautiful by adding additional touch ups to look more 3D look ( just so others can understand, we shared those dinosaurs picture to her and asked to write the "happy birthday Rehaan", The additional trees, grass at the bottom all her own creative touch). I experienced the best customer service I've seen in years at this location. Upon entering the store my husband and I were greeted by all staff members. We were made to feel at home from the onset. As we walked around the store, the sales representatives inquired if we where finding everything we needed. Although the sales representative may have been working with other customers they also checked in on us from time to time. This experience warmed my heart. This store is one of my favorite places to shop. Awesome services ladies. ~Josette
