Best grocery store in Pelham, Alabama (AL) 2024

The bakery(at Pelham super Walmart) section lady (Erin) is very helpful and creative with the cake design and the taste. She made our son's birthday cake more beautiful by adding additional touch ups to look more 3D look ( just so others can understand, we shared those dinosaurs picture to her and asked to write the "happy birthday Rehaan", The additional trees, grass at the bottom all her own creative touch). Keep up the great work. Thanks for the Cake. ~Sree

My least favorite of all locations due to their poor customer service. Everytime I come to this store which has been a lot, not once have I been greeted with the same customer service I've received at the Hoover Place location. Not once. No one has every spoken, said hello, welcome to our store and they will look you dead in the face when you enter especially the manager in the photo. Custer service here is lacking at a times. ~Cashidah
