The gentleman who worked the hot counter made the BEST chicken tender salad. I didn't appreciate the lady bagging my groceries selecting for me on the keypad, just tell me I'm intelligent enough to follow directions. Checkers be patient, patrons don't need to be handheld. Wait for customers to ask for assistance. Don't be rude. Also I left my cream soda and pistachio nuts. Maybe the bagger did it on purpose because I told her I can make my own selections.

This store is always super clean and the employees are super friendly. I have never seen this Mountain Dew ever before... I didn't buy it since I don't like really hot things. I did buy the Mexican Coke, which was really good!! 😁

We were looking for some parmesan grated cheese. A very nice young man who was stocking shelves. He stopped what he was doing and went and bought it to us. Great customer service.

The lady in the pharmacy, Jackie is rude every time I come in there. Today I walked out while trying to get a flu shot because she was so rude. The rest of the staff is always great.I could tell the lady working with her could see her rudeness.

Absolutely love this store! The store is well managed and clean. The customer service is always pleasant and welcoming. Everytime I come an emoloyee is cleaning the produce tables and they always acknowledge your presence when they walk by. LOVE PUBLIX!

Extremely pricey unless you shop the sales ad. Went in to get a rotisserie chicken bc the mojo flavor was on “sale” for $6.99. Got my favorite flavor lemon pepper instead, which wasn’t on sale and was $7.29. 30 cents savings isn’t much of a sale now days. Overall the employees are fairly friendly.

I like Publix. They have a five dollar sushi day which is a plus. It's pretty good. The bakery area has went down. The desserts are not as good as I remembered. Overall I like the spaciousness and how clean the store is. The best time to shop is on Tuesday and Wednesday I think those are the sale days.

If you are hankering for a fresh Strawberry look at Publix. They're succulent and 99cent a pack. Fantastic buy!

Sushi is fresh and one of the few places to get it in Phenix City Alabama. Everything else is about what you should expect from a higher end grocery store. Staff is always helpful and friendly. They had samples out today! Thanks fir reading my review, I hope you have a wonderful day!
