I'm only giving this location 5 stars because I was on the phone with customer service for 1.5 hours and they still couldn't help me switch my Sim cards over and I was only on the inside for a few minutes

I just wanna share this loophole I found with metro that could help people that lose or damage their phone before the 6 month upgrade period. You can actually go in and get a free phone on a second line and change the numbers, then cancel your old line the following day. Just like that!! Customer service is awesome!! It beats have to pay the 100+ for a new phone. Of course it only applies to the phones on that free deal.

I pulled up at 9:15 lady putting up sign that says she'll be back in 30min.. Mind you they open at 9am.. Here it is 9:56 am & nobody still has pulled up.. She would have been better off saying we're closed..
