I never visited the former location in Crestwood, but knowing what I know now, I would have been there instead of dealing with the frustrations.

Twice I've been in a bind and needed equipment/softball pants for my daughter and Romeo's had it when no other store did! They are great and knowledgeable! Appreciate the wonderful service!

I had a not so good experience today. I was shopping for a softball bat for my eight year old daughter. My salesman was helpful however the lady supervising was anything but that. First, she made fun of my daughters swing when she was trying out the bat. Next, my daughter asked to use the restroom and she let us know that they did not have one. This caught me off guard because after all, this was a CHILD who really could not wait. The last straw was when my daughter and her friend were tossing a soft ball gently back and forth. The said lady let them know that they needed to return the ball to the exact place right then (I agree that they did not need to toss the ball but her TONE was far from friendly). I come from a family of business owners and I take pride in shopping in locally owned business however I will NEVER shop here again. Just a little word to the wise, customer service should be number one. The bat I was going to purchase was $344. Needless to say, I left and ordered it from Amazon.
