Should preface this, the employees are fantastic and friendly. The problem seems to be more with Circle K as a whole and leadership. The problems at this store are the same as the one down the road. Just not enough leadership to help the team achieve the quality of competitors. Circle K often has 1 employee trying to manage cleanliness and the register. When you look at QT, they have multiple employees and the ability to run through the store to serve and keep quality. Do better Circle K.

Service ok but clearly they are mathematically challenged. I went there yesterday early and got a coke slushee and it costed 98 cents, went to same gas station later that night and bought another coke slushee , same size and all and miraculously it costed $ 1.10

I have been going to o this location for years and it's had it's ups and downs over them. Recently there has been a new bunch of workers along with my favorites regular clerks. These guys are full of energy and drive. They are always smiling and happy to help. The store always has what I want now, and is so much cleaner .It's a fresh change to see and I will keep coming back.

I love this store! Everyone is always friends and so down to earth. Especially this little thing named Julian. She had me cracking up. This is around the corner from my house. This store needs more people with her professional manner.

PROS - I just got out here from California. we dont have many circle K's there. I stopped in to get some smokes & soda at this store and was impressed especially with an employee named Jullian . she was super cool and saved me two bucks on my smokes by informing me that I could just enter my phone # and that I didn't even have to be a member of some club, that 2 bucks paid for my soda lol. this is my new go to spot for cigarettes & that occasional soda/beer now and I hope to see jullian in the future.. CONS.- Someone asked me for a dollar in the parking lot but to be fair that happens to me no matter where I'm at lol

This store would be wonderful but the old lady with bad dyed red short hair, the manager, is RUDE! She’s not about customer service, she’s about having authority over people including customers. She’s rude to her staff in front of customers, has interrupted us mid sentence when I’m talking to clerks, & cards me even though she absolutely recognizes me. I’ll be going in the opposite direction from now. Corporate needs to exert their authority and keep their management in check. I’m not giving my money to a business that allows their front line employees to be treated the way she treats them.

I was in this location on 9/10/2019?and was appalled to see an associate named Julian helping customers(including myself) while slurping and chewing down mouthfuls of ramen noodles!! I told her I thought it was rude and inappropriate and poor customer service. I have been a patron of this location for 19 years and never experienced anything like this. What a shame and she really did not care.

Worst customer service. Went to get an ice coffee and julian was very rude. She had her back to the register for almost 2 min after I got to the counter then rudely told me I was at the wrong register. She was un aware of the price for my coffee so she tried charging me 4 bucks for a coffee that's 2.29 when I told her I would show her the sign she just kept rudely telling me I'm just pushing the button. If people hate there lives they should not work in customer service. Will not be wasting my time going back in

Yvonne is an amazing employee. Explains rules right follows your rules with cashback and is stern about it. Awesome clean place, stocked. I like it.

I have been patronizing this business since 2000. Never have I had to deal with condescending remarks or dirty looks because I didn't donate my change. Today was different, the cashier asked me rudely "Really?", after I politely said, "No thank you", to donating. She then promptly looked me up and down and shook her head. This is ridiculous. As an Arizona native and local business owner I am appalled at this kind of act. Shame on them!
