We enjoy most of the QT's in our area! The staff is always friendly and helpful. Some of the customers ruin it for the others. ~Eric

This store is legitimately in the ghetto with your average crackhead hobo, smoking in the bathroom, but the customer service is great. When I addressed my concern about the use of drugs in the bathroom, the shift manager, Damian he was kind, professional and checked on the problem immediately. He addressed my concerns and he ensured that the bathroom was clean and that I felt safe using the women’s bathroom. The only reason I am giving it a 4 star review is because of the caring employee. QT does need to address their homeless population issue. They should not just give these people easy access to bathrooms. ~Jez

This store is disgusting and not run well!!! The associates are not friendly, helpful or knowledgeable. The soda and coffee machines are always either not working or out of product and the store IS FILTHY!!! ~Jennifer

The cashier was very friendly, quick and engaging when he rang me up. He made sure to see if my shopping trip was complete. He also did not have anything negative to say about the store or any of the customers within it. ~3

Should preface this, the employees are fantastic and friendly. The problem seems to be more with Circle K as a whole and leadership. The problems at this store are the same as the one down the road. Just not enough leadership to help the team achieve the quality of competitors. Circle K often has 1 employee trying to manage cleanliness and the register. When you look at QT, they have multiple employees and the ability to run through the store to serve and keep quality. Do better Circle K. ~James
