This store is legitimately in the ghetto with your average crackhead hobo, smoking in the bathroom, but the customer service is great. When I addressed my concern about the use of drugs in the bathroom, the shift manager, Damian he was kind, professional and checked on the problem immediately. He addressed my concerns and he ensured that the bathroom was clean and that I felt safe using the women’s bathroom. The only reason I am giving it a 4 star review is because of the caring employee. QT does need to address their homeless population issue. They should not just give these people easy access to bathrooms.

Worst experience I have ever had. When I walked in I was not greeted. Garbage all over the counter. The sweet tea was not sweet. When I asked someone to make some he just walked away. When he Finally did it was not made correctly. Employees were standing around the whole time even when people were at the counter not paying attention. I am dumb founded how terrible the service was. I was not even able to Get anything from there. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AND NEITHER SHOULD YOU!

Worst personal supreme pizza I have ever had from QT. Very dry no sauce and I have had several personal pizzas during the week while at work. Sometimes 2 or 3 a week. The staff is great, but tonight the pizza just didn't make the grade.

This is one of the worst gas stations I've ever seen. The staff used their jobs to embezzle money for their own benefit. I'll never go to this gas station again.

I have never been so appalled and offended in my life. In these dark times evidently laughter is not allowed and happiness, natural happiness, is not socially acceptable. Having fun and laughing at a hilarious story will actually go ahead and get you the entire QT staff and security in your vicinity because again laughter is not allowed. Cuz evidently laughter automatically signifies you know we're going to go steal something when you're getting drinks and you're laughing really loud or that we're drunk or something. We were getting fountain drinks. Distasteful and in all honesty I would probably never return to this particular QT ever again even though it's the closest one in my neighborhood. DISGUSTED BEYOND WORDS .....

At 6:30am I am ready for some coffee. They never have any coffee on but the staff always talking. Everyday I have to wait for coffee when Gambino is in charge. I will just start going to circle k to get my coffee. They never run out. I will drive a extra mile just so I can have coffee.

QT is the move. I love that they offer consistent service across all their locations; I always know what to expect. I really appreciate the public restrooms and the free air pump for tires. These little extras show that QT values offering quality service to their customers. I will always be a loyal QT patron. One note: Most QT’s in the Phoenix Metro area have the nozzle from the free air pump stolen off of them. This is to no fault of the establishment, but rather the people in the area thinking it’s more important for them to have the air nozzle, rather than for their entire community to be able to air up their tires when they need it. I am wondering, is there not a theft-proof nozzle QT can employ to ensure that all their air stations have a functioning hose?

I stopped for an iced tea and to fill up but clearly they failed tea making 101 as there was no unsweetened ice tea and while I asked someone to make it which they did the water never came on so it was straight tea. Which was the exact opposite of all the others which were almost clear due to the tea bag not being inserted correctly. So frustrating
