Not impressed with customer service lately. In the past in the mornings the drive thru employees were friendly and personable. Now I do not even get greeted when I get to the window, they just throw my drinks at me. Today the woman at the window handed my things to me and didn’t say a single word the entire time but turned away from me and giggled, which seemed rude. I previously had to call about another interaction with a rude employee where she was arguing with me through the box about which name she thought I said. I hope you can work with your team to provide a better experience for customers.

this is why Starbucks is the worst place to exist. Last week , while making my daily Starbucks run, I happened to come across a group of four - ish, middle aged ak47s congregating in front of the store. I was pretty excited to tell this story because the Starbucks isn't really the kind of establishment that I generally associate with group meetings - at least not those that involve just a handful of guns

Know what is so great about this location? The people who work here!! Whether it is the drive thru, or going inside because the drive thru line is too long, they have the best attitudes here and greet you as if they really do care that you have chosen to come to their Starbuck location.

the workers here are genuinely SO kind and patient. i feel so comfortable ordering and am always impressed by the quality of their drinks!! i come in almost every day and have no complaints to date. this starbs has the best energy and quality around. thank you all so much!!

This location is always super friendly and gets you in and out quickly. My coffee order got mixed up once but they were quick to get it fixed. No complaints here! One of my favorite locations!

The drive thru was great, super fast. However, once I got home and saw my coffee I was not pleased. I do not complain about things, but was really looking forward to a full venti coffee today and what I received was nearly half. Great location though.
