Don’t appreciate the store manager saying I can’t rent there when I used to be store manager. And also don’t appreciate him sending my sister messages on Facebook cus she’s a week behind if I’m not mistaken that’s not allowed. You can’t send text, can’t message on Facebook and can’t go in when there isn’t an adult home.

Store manager had his daughter in there running around along with his what looked to be to young wife or girlfriend…. Maybe mail order bride. I got completely ignored except a hello while they stood there talking. The daughter was running all over the store. I thought it was better than that

Customer service was not up to the manner I am accustomed too. Perhaps its due to the turn over in staff. However. The quality of my merchandise purchase was EXCELLENT.. The delivery service I received was the BEST. I hope their front desk employees improve while I continue my account.

Its alright management as its floss and keep eyes open when they bring and take the stuff and look at item very close before you buy it when they bring it and take pictures videos when they take it just saying don't want to be responsible or left with something that supposed to be new and it's not

I give aaron's this rating as they are friendly and are very helpful. I've had a little trouble. Paying for something i don't have really gives a person a real bad feeling about this store. I'll never do business with aaron's again.

I had gotten a chrome book thru them and it wasn't working right after couple of days so i asked for an exchange instead they offered a laptop within the same price budget! Paid it off within a couple of months. No hidden fees what so ever and they didn't pressure me into getting it. 5 star experience!
