Can’t get my dog in for over 1.5 weeks for an ear infection lol but I can do a drop off that now has a fee associated with it but won’t be for a few days until I can drop him off… I have been going to this place for the last 3-4 years. I didn’t have any issues with getting my dog in previously but now that Applewood decided to take on more clients than they can handle, it is negatively impacting the customers that have been with them the last few years…

The staff at Applewood is the best I have experienced. Even when we were not able to see our regular vet on short notice, the vet we saw ensured she was in communication with our regular vet and truly treated our golden as if she were her own. The staff takes the time to answer all your questions and ensure your fur baby has the absolute best of care. We wouldn't want to take our pets anywhere else.

Dr. Drummond was amazing!!! 💙 She took so much time with Brutus more than any other Vets. She was very knowledgeable Brutus loved her, we loved her and we will be back again and again. We are planning on bringing our other Frenchies as well. Let’s not forget Connor. He was amazing what a great personality. ⭐️ He’s going to go far in life. Brutus fell in love with him he wanted to follow him everywhere. They both were very thorough, made us feel heard and made us feel like they really cared about our baby. Thank you to both of you. It was a five star experience. 🐾💙

Called this place months ago when we moved to PHX. Didn’t have any pressing issues so sent my pets records and was told to call back as they didn’t schedule more than 3 months out. Called back during that time to schedule and was told they had no room for ‘new’ patients even though I had set my pets up earlier. Horrible experience and customer service.

I can’t speak highly enough of Applewood! They have taken such good care of my Frenchie on the hospital side. She was spayed here and has had a couple of allergy related appointments. We haven’t used their boarding facility, yet, but definitely plan to.

Wow! We are knew to the area and researched this office. We are so impressed with the staff and doctor. They handled our pups with love and care. One of our dogs is so shy and was so comfortable with the doctor’s assistant and the doctor. They were very thorough with their exams!!! I can see we will have a long standing relationship! So happy! We have taken our older GSD (7yo) to Applewood, and specifically to Dr Drummond, for a while now. Our puppy GSD has also visited and gotten his boosters done (and exam) with Dr Drummond. We also recently have seen Dr. Soderstrom for a specific issue on the older GSD. We have been extremely pleased with the level of care our dogs (/family members) have received while at Applewood, from the administrative and tech staff to the doctors themselves. Couldn't ask for more out of a vet clinic.

These people love fur babies! We’ve had our dogs there many times for check ups and ear infections and inseminations and births. Everyone is wonderful to work with and really know their stuff. We wouldn’t go anywhere else.
