Absolutely Love my young adult son's haircut. Was so impressed with the stylist, who even wore a mask (the only employee with one already on... kudo's to her)...this made an even bigger difference, as some of us have underlying health issues and are very vulnerable to covid, still even with 3 shots, and stilled masked in public places. The shop even had a 100 points health rating from Madison Co health dept.

Cassandra knows what she is doing and repaired what was done by the last stylist with no problem if you want a great person to do wonders she's the one. I remember when my husband was alive she was the only one he would have cut his hair even if he meant he had to wait

I went in to get a few inches cut off and some layers & the stylist did an absolutely awful job. My hair is uneven, cut way shorter than what I asked, and there’s absolutely nothing I can do with it. I basically have a mullet and the hair stylist just started chopping away and didn’t even measure or line up my hair while doing it. I have been in tears about it and hope another girl does not have this same experience.

My hair was repaired to what it used to look like she did it excellent job and fix the mess up that the previous stylus done 6 months ago she took me back to the original cut and it looks great very satisfied thank you

I have had used Great Clips for the last 12 years. Mostly in CO but here at OCR the last year. Normally the cuts have been consistent even when I’m traveling around the US. Today was the worst haircut I have ever had. I really don’t think the lady who cut my hair should be cutting anyone’s hair, mine is super easy. Recommend only letting someone at this location cut your hair if you know them or have seen them cut. The others seem to very very good. Not sure what else to say, I guess be careful who you get?

My stylist did an amazing job. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and thats what I got! She also didn't make it awkward as I've experienced in the past. My husband also had his hair cut and his looked great as well. Definitely will be back!

Anna and Alyssa were great! Anna cut my 7yo sons hair and it was exactly how he wanted it. Alyssa tackled my 2.5yo son’s super blonde thin hair and she also did a great job. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because of another stylist on the floor. She was extremely loud and holding conversation topics not very appropriate for younger kids to hear. My 8 and 10yo girls even said they were uncomfortable when we walked out.
