I asked for one hair cut and they proceeded to give me something else completely different. Very unprofessional. The hair cut they gave was so bad that I have to wear a hat everywhere I go

Husband was suprised he wasn't shown his haircut after she finished, no mirror to look, didn't comb it to show just ok amd done, I had to bring to her attention to please also trim his eye brows. Disapointed with my hair cut. Wasnt shown with mirror front or back, not combed to verify what it actually looked like. Also the cut was not at all what I specified to do. I didn't want layers all thru out my hair trimmed only from the damage breakage which she stated wouldn't keep the bop look the slant, invert in hair nad yes it would if she just trimmed it up some like I said to do instead of layers ll thru and had I seen it before leaving she wouldn't been paid a tip Very disapointed laziness hurries from her job too busy complimenting the other girl about her first foil job then to listen to the customer and also to comb the hair or show with a mirror the work done .

Always had great service with Cassie and others for my daughter. Appointment on Saturday was a disaster with Le Arther. My daughter asked for a fun updo for the prom. His updo was for an older women. He charged us $90! When we arrived home she shook her head barely and the entire style fell. Returned to take it down and Le Arthur insisted to just spray it in place. He was rude. I had him take it down. Her hair was dirty as he did want a wash before he styled and he wanted to work with her hair that was obviously needing a wash and she has oily hair. We had to use dry shampoo on her hair and restyle at home as there was no time to wash hair and style again. $90 at a high end shop… not by a stylist at Cuts by Us …they never charged us that much. We have paid that much for highlights , cut, and style. Super disappointed in the service of this stylist. FYI The ladies have always done a fabulous job in blowouts , style, and highlights. Third time I have shown up for haircut finding the door locked 30 minutes early. Today was at 3:15 with a handwritten sign on door for 4. Poor quality workers. Service: Hairstyling

In a rush the whole time, messed my hair up bad which was a really easy cut. Faded one side alright and the other side looks like I could’ve done it better myself. Didn’t even take the chance to look at what she did definitely should not have paid. FOR SURE do not recommend this place.

I have enjoyed getting my haircuts here. The stylists have been great. There was some confusion on the military discount for active and retired veterans. However, that has been clarified by the owner. Thanks for responding.

Heather was a very professional with me and understood everything I asked for and needed with my hair. She did a fantastic job and I love her attitude. Another stylist that was working there was really rude to customers but other than that I was very happy with Heather. I would highly recommend Heather to anyone who needs a hairstylist that is professional and great at her job. Services: Hair coloring, Hairstyling

Great customer service and excellent work by Carol. She worked with me. And had no problem to let me tell her if I liked it before I got out. She was so bubbly and excited about her job. Always will be my haircut go too. :)
