Purchased 4 tires at a big box store that I won't mention and they kept canceling/rescheduling my appointments to get them mounted. With only a few days left until a planned 3 week road trip, I desperately searched for a place that would mount the tires. Only Future Tire in Lakeside was able to get me in and out the morning before my trip was to begin. They basically rescued my vacation at the last minute. I just returned from that vacation, which was a 4200 mile road trip from Pinetop to Seattle, WA, and back on those newly mounted tires with absolutely no issues, and it was one of the best vacations ever. Thanks, Future Tire, for saving my butt when no one else could/would.

I was bummed that the estimated time for completion was off by an hour, but then the owner didn't charge me for my flat tire repair. Class act! They will have my business in the future.

Owner was very rude and unprofessional. Needs to train his employees better if there's certain procedures as far as trying to get your tire patched.

I've never felt so helped with such professional and friendly service! I got a flat the day before and since my tires have a different size on the back than the front, I thought I was going to have to buy a full new sets of tires. I looked at multiple places online and saw I should expect to spend 400 dollars on the set not including shipping and installation. Decided to go to a tire shop and found one right by my house! I went over and explained my problem. They looked at my old tire amd ended up changing the front two to match the size of the back tires. I even learned I was using a smaller size of tize that reccomend. After having my tires changed for not even a 1/3 of the price I thought I woukd have to pay! Then he told me they even do oil changes! Yes, a long review but I thought I should give the back story on how much they helped me! I got to go on a roaptrip to Vegas that next day ! They turned my biggest stress in my life to not even an inconvenience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Called and talked to the manager Dan about my alternator. He said if I could get my truck to them that they would do what they could to help me. After a little while I finally got the truck to their shop and Dan himself checked out the issues. He got me a alternator very quickly and had an employee put it on as soon as he was available. Very satisfied with the service and the price wasn't that bad either. Would recommend them to anyone that needed help in their area.
