The quality of the hot and ready pizza is always the same. Not always the greatest but also edible. The service was quick and the drive-thru was fast people were polite so it's in the middle in my opinion

Does under new management mean having to charge $2 per pizza for extra sauce? This location MUST be the ONLY location in the US that charges for extra pizza sauce. I called the manager only to be told that i was lying about never being charged in a Little Caesars location for extra sauce. Ive came to the same location 20 times last year and never had that problem. And for everyone wondering if im just being a karen, Papa johns and pizza hut dont charge for extra sauce. Just dont like being ripped off.

The pizza looked and tasted like it was warmed up from the day before the wings were not even bite-sized and the Buffalo sauce was so watered down it wouldn't even stay on the wings it was terrible

Online order was 20 minutes late. I had to go through the drive thru twice and it still wasn’t ready. No apology or anything. I was just told to have a nice day. I replied “ keep up the good work!”

I don't think this place owns a refrigerator because they always give me room temperature bottles of soda. Who wants to drink warm soda with their pizza? It's ridiculous. I've never gotten a cold soda from them out of the 4 times I've ordered. So now I'm just getting soda from the store instead. Someone needs to tell this location about refrigerators. Makes me wonder how they even keep their ingredients cold. There's probably a health code violation there somewhere.
