I've been a customer here for years (since the old location) and it's just going downhill. Today I ordered a "family deal special" 3 med 3 topping, online. And I got a cookie pizza thing. When I picked up the order I asked for some peppers and he handed me 2 little packets! I said, "thats it for 3 pizzas?" And he said "that's all I'm allowed". I got home and the pizzas were ALL SO sparse with toppings it was bad! Once piece had 2 olive slices on it!! I got one with chicken and I had forgotten I had it as a topping I've never tried. When I bit into ONE piece on a slice,, I was like, oh wow.... I think I'm gonna check this place off the list and go somewhere else when I want pizza. I don't recommend it, especially for the price.

I order two of the bowls. One was pretty good the other was so salty we could not eat it, that's pretty bad since I am a heavy salt eater. I called and they said they couldn't do anything about it. Very poor customer service.

I tried to place an order for delivery and was told they couldn't deliver to an address less than quarter a mile away. I called Dominos in Showlow and they delivered my order in a timely manner and a very nice delivery gentleman!

Mistakes were made during delivery but employees were respectful and willing to make things right. The store fixed the issue and will recommend this location.

This place got our order all wrong and were stingy with toppings. Pizza was ready for pickup and tasted okay, that's why I am giving this place 3 stars.

Tonight my delivery driver went to hand me my pizza and proceeded to tell me that it’s ten miles round trip to my house and that they make less than minimum wage. That they put a lot of miles on their car. Definitely came off with the attitude that my 15% driver tip wasn’t good enough. I enjoy papa johns pizza but will not be ordering here anymore because of this rude driver.

Tonight I placed an online order. The time I was provided for the delivery was 37 minutes. After 50 minutes I called the store to inquire how much longer I should expect to wait. I was rudely told it would be there in another 28-37 minutes. In the background someone rudely said “the order said 90 minutes”. When I said that was unacceptable I was told I’d need to speak to the manager. I was handed off to “Larry” the manager. He was extremely rude, in fact he asked if I wanted my order cancelled. He told me he would gladly cancel and I should call someone else, but they are the only ones who deliver, SO GOOD LUCK!!! Then he told me that they got busy and that they don’t make enough money to put up with griping customers like me, and to just deal with it, it will probably be there in another 20 minutes…. MAYBE!! He then told me that he is there until 11 tonight if I wanted to come in and see him personally, as he has witnesses and would be waiting. I asked Larry who his supervisor was , to which he replied “ This is a franchise, so there is NO ONE ABOVE ME HERE!!!” Larry is an absolute disgrace of a manager. Papa Johns should be ashamed of having such a pompous JERK as their store manager. I for one will never order from this store again, in fact I will be writing a letter to corporate over this incident. The lady who delivered the pizza even confirmed that Larry is a JERK and that she was so very sorry! She in fact only has three days left working there and cannot wait to not work for Larry anylonger.

I was excited to try the new New York style pizza but I am disappointed. It’s not great. However. I do have to give credit to the delivery driver who called me to let me know he was at my work so he could find me. That’s progress for this particular store. I’ll keep trying the pizza. Food was delivered fast, and proficient. New owner's still working out telephone order procedures, maybe needs to hire someone. Did apply code for discount on web and did not work , paid bill anyway this time but there won't be another time.....

Placed an order online that said it would take an hour to an hour and a half, less that 5 minutes after we placed the order we got a call from the store in show low. They were verifying that we could wait that long and explained that they only had one driver, he told us that they would wait until the driver was almost back to put our order in so it would be as fresh as possible. Some of the best service I've seen on the mountain!
